What is uri where can i get it

A URI is used to define a resource’s identity.
First, you need to go to this URL: console.cloud.google.com, where you need to create the project first, you can take reference my video also. After that, you need to put ur project path, from where you want to redirect your project. For example Localhost or any live server path.
