As a soccer prospect who's had an ACL injury and gave up playing professionally to study medicine, I can understand all the hardship, surgeries and pain Jontay wen't through over the years. I have stopped watching soccer games altogether because it's just too hard emotionally for me seeing other players less talented than you playing the game you love. Not many overcome an injury like that and return to the professional level... only the really blessed, passionate and devoted athletes. It is more than money that drives him. I can guarantee you this man loves basketball, breathes basketball and has a high basketball IQ. Wish him all the success in the NBA!
