You missed in the corner that they've started to fill the whole under the cladding - 4:28 - just behind new TV position
Those black spots are for droppable bollards that will be up when the road is open. With 2 games to go I find it mad they’ve done them and wasted more tarmarc.
The tarmac areas are for the ugly concrete cubes, similarly to Liverpool Airport

The fit and finish is so bad. The stand already looks old and out of date compared to Everton and other designs. They keep starting jobs… doing a bit them stopping, a bit more…. Stopping
Looks a real dump compared to Everton's new stadium.
Ah well Everton can put the we are millions in debt with a 9k less seats stadium in the trophy cabinet. 👋👋👋
