I heard on the radio...the other day....that every 15 arborists to retire there is only 1 to take his place....kinda crazy if you think about the future.....lol
Thanks for the video! I appreciate the slower pace of your videos because there is a degree of learning that comes from watching each step in the entire process, however "obvious" it might seem to some and which others might edit out in order to make their videos "tighter" and shorter........... the downside is that I have to have the time to devote to watching your longer videos.... but I have learned to use the speed control and zip through some parts at 1.5 or 2 times the speed where I can still take in the entire process, and if/when I need to see more details or listen to dialog I put the speed back down to 1. Keep up the good work and keep staying safe.
Seems like some of the ones with money are micro managers & argue everything. My "retired" farmer neighbor is one of those. Will argue the penny, pizz u off, and think he's saving a dollar. Key with him is to let him think he's getting his way....great video of you doing what you do! I watched the entire set..
I work at Davey tree and we charge fairly high but you get the best service. people are always gonna want more and more. they don't understand how hard removing a tree can be. just the time it takes some days
and what type of know do you use on your prusik? i use the basic 2 over 2 under or in bigger trees 3 up 3 down but that looks way easier to pull and it looks like its holding solid
Wow, looks like he had "great" trees - the fist was a real specimen tree and the second looks like a dead ash. Next time you get that feeling that you are going to have issues, just start going up in price. If you don't get the job, you are better off and if you do get the job, you are getting paid for the customer's issues. Thank you for the video - I think I'm waiting on three different video sets from you. :)
Saw nearly kicked into you hand after telling ground staff to get white rope ..you was lucky ..you hit trunk and it kicked up to you hand holding branch lucky see told you
Yeah man and once you see the next few vids you will see why I got soo mad with this guy. I'm not rich by any stretch of the imagination in a monetary sense but this guy had it and wanted something for nothing. After the chipper went down you will see how much brush I had to cut to fit into the back of the truck and to add to it he said he was going to pay me in cash upon completion and then paid with a check...SMH! I very seldomly loose my composure but this guy pushed me to the brink and the chipper starter went back to the shop and thats been a week ago.
I've been away for awhile and sorry for the late reply but it took 2 full weeks to get the starter back and I will have part three out by days end I hope and this guy was a piece of work. I loss on this job. you be safe too boss.
I like when you told the ground guys to war their head gear
