I'll be in the Phil. in March so I checked your place thru the website and I'm quite impressed, it really looks great and very reasonable price. My only issue is it's on the top floor. I have an Acrophobia , a severe fear of heights, either through direct exposure to or thinking about heights which gives me anxiety and panic attacks and so I'm avoiding places higher than the 2nd or 3rd floor. 😒🤥
