You guys have any way i can buy the bag, new, directly through you? Ive ordered the element backpack like 3 times from b&h NEW ALL TIMES, and they have sent me each time a used and 2 times damaged bags..... i know it has nothing to do with you guys and im not upset with yall. They shouldnt be sellin used items as new tho... So any way i can buy it directly?
