here’s a new episode of cook with me where I try to make one of my favorite tunisian street foods: baguette farcie 🥖

here’s the ingredients for the dough down here:
500g flour
1 egg
300ml lukewarm milk
7g yeast
1tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
