Hi friends my Visa is rejected in September 2019 I want to apply again in November my question is shall I need to fill new DS 160 form or can I can I continue with retrieve my application and creat new please guide me thanks
I come from a country that qualifies for the US visa waiver pilot program. So I don't have the hassle of going through these interviews which can be really stressful. Been to the US three times and will be going again this year if time permits. Don't give up, do keep trying and relook into the way you answer the questions.
After rejection for twice in Shanghai, I replied again with the same reason for B1 after 7 months in London, and I got it yesterday! Will share some of the experience later on.
I was rejected twice back in 2001 for B1/B2 but now migrated permanently . I think its not about the documents you carry. Like someone mentioned earlier, if VO asked you what places have you traveled, you responded whether she wants to see your old passport? ( Mistake 1). This shows that you think you should get US visa(over confident) just because you have travelled other countries. Also, when you describe your job, you have too many things to mention (Mistake 2: No obligation), which sounds like you don't have a stable career and may be a prospect immigrant.
Hi Jansher. I had watched your video atlest five times. All I can tell you is the problem was not with your documents or intentions, but the problem was with your..... BODY LANGUAGE AND PRESENTATION SKILLS. I can be hundred percent sure of it.
I am an indonesia. Just got rejected last week. Indeed an awful feeling. wanna try again next year but Im scared. How was ur second interview? Do you know where you screwed up??
base on my experience I noticed that the things they want to know is that if you're going for a short term vacation is the answers to the question "When are you coming back to your country?, proof of the place where you going to stay?, proof that you have a reason to come back, money that you have, your purpose and the direct and accurate answer to every questions.
I got rejected my E2 visa once after I attended a visa interview at the old Consulate in London. The second interview I was approved and now live in Pasadena CA. The first interview was quite a dismal one. I get called up to the woman to hand the documents. She was friendly asking for the police certificate and DS156E to hand. I didn’t have the right photo to hand so I had to get my picture retaken and asked to come straight back. Afterwards I waited for 30 mins in the hall and then attended my second interview. The bloke asked me a few simple questions to verify my application such as I see you have a degree and when it was awarded. In 2010. Then he began to ask some much more difficult questions about how much I was paid for previous jobs I had done and also assumed I didn’t know anyone in the USA and if I did have contracts and it was so hard to get clients if you’re not in the US. I had my office set up, bank account set up and website going and investments made but no way of directing while being present. Also I had a caution for a “summary offence” which he held against me as an excuse. After 5-10 minutes he came to the conclusion of rejecting my visa. So I was denied right there, I had to secure clients and hire someone over Skype. I re-applied a year later at the new embassy and it went successful. It took like forever but managed to get my E2 visa.
You must establish STRONG TIES to your home country and INTENT TO come back. By showing so many stamps and visas around the world you are automatically showing intent to leave or not stay in the home country. Second, if you are a freelancer it's not serious job enough to show ties. If you run a serious company in the home country that adds the credibility and obviously shows ties to come back. The reason of denial is really based on the several factors - age, background, skills, job, employment, career, money, family, etc. It's MUCH better to consult with the lawyer who prepares you for the interview before even going for the 1st interview to save this struggle! Make sure to pick the right person and get a short conversation before going for the interview. Also, don't be so desperate. The US don't need desperate people, on the other hand, America is based on immigrants, therefore it's about a positive mindset. Believe in yourself, and stay calm. Don't stress out during the interview. I think staying calm and collected is the second most important advice that I can give you. Good luck!
I don’t think your first point is correct. What logic would make “Stays in the home country all the time” a reliable indicator that the person will or will not return there? On the contrary, after staying anchored hitherto, a sudden desire to visit the opposite side of the earth would naturally raise suspicion of perhaps some upheaval that the person is trying to handle (failed marriage, serious crime, terminal illness, terrorism mission, job loss, imminent marriage [just kidding]). Also, the number of visas issued by various developed countries with similar immigration policies and used properly, i.e. not overstayed, can be regarded as a track record of responsible travel without opportunistic subversion. By your logic, a person who has a hobby of touring the world would-very ironically-be “World Traveller (except U.S.-because he is a world traveller)!” You need to show a compulsion to RETURN TO (not stay in) your home country. Financial assets that are easily liquidated or transferred don’t generate a compulsion. A spouse (travelling with you or not), minor dependents, significant investment in on-going studies, long-time career-related job, real estate as a primary residence, ... DO generate compelling trauma, emotional or financial, if abandoned.
@@JansherBanaji Don't even listen to this idiot he's just trying to promote his business, I hate these people who talk about America as if it's an all knowing God or something (now don't get me wrong politics wise they know everything) but I'm talking about the bureaucracy and the internal process. Your experience based on what you said about both interviews is the biggest proof on how arbitrary this process was and always will be. If we're gonna be logical : your first interview you should've gotten rejected for sure (sorry bro you really messed up XD); you're second interview you should've gotten it for sure you even had the perfect chance to show off your travels and your career without seeming over anxious; and your third interview you probably should've gotten rejected I mean girlfriend graduation and a question about how you guys met and no actual relevant questions isn't my idea of a very convincing reason to give out a tourist visa to anywhere really :P .. you wanna talk about a logical visa process, the UK, you don't even go to an interview and you just give your papers and if you're refused they give you the reason for refusal point by point in an essay for God's sake just so that you can know what exactly went wrong and fix it if possible. anyway thanks for sharing your experiences as they are very true and on point, I mean I know highschool dropouts here in Jordan who got it and I know engineers who didn't on their first try XD,, the US visa is in many ways like life, freaking illogical and unfair , having said that I'm glad I got it on my second try anyway better than nothing :)
Not your fault. They choose random. No criteria. I was refused my USA visa three tones from UK. I am permanently resident in U.K. I been to all corner of the world. I was granted Canada 7 years multiple. I been to Canada twice and will be going third time. U might know many people who are currently living and working unlawfully there. It’s luck. I been UEA, KSA, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, France etc
You guys should try taking a look other visas (a visa, c visa, e visa, d visa just to visit ) where there is a will there is a way! Also it doesnt hurt to get professional advice before for going for the actual interview. Try and also decide what you're end goals are for coming to the US...best of luck! There's more to the US immigration system than meets the eye
I think in your visa interview you didn't mention when your coming back. May be if you show your itinerary, they may got confidence that you will come back to India.
Your interview answers was spot on, you did not do anything wrong. People here saying you did not demonstrate family ties, that is on your DS160 form whatever you put on that those questions will be asked, and a little other questions if needed. Whats she puts in the system counts. Its nothing to do with officer. Now the green card Trump has made it into Australian point system. My friend was invited to usa, the trip was for just over 4 months. Wedding, then after weddings other activities and so on. So the esta Visa was only for 3 months which was not enough. So he went to embassy, they refused him because he did not have strong family ties... fair enough.... he applied for esta visa 8 weeks before flight went to usa stayed just under 3 months came back. So its funny how officers think on B1/B2 visa he will not come back, but on esta he will.... so its the system. Now the twat has 5 years B1/B2 visa with multi entry, 6 months each stay. Even then they said you was refused B1/B2 visa, the system should of refused you esta too. Since you have been honest with me, you have been refused under 214g today, gave his passport back with refusal letter, but kept his documents for further checks by Homeland security in usa, its called administration processing, after 7 months he gets an email for him to send his passport to the embassy. His passport came back with 5 years visa with multi entry 6 months stay.
Just Got Rejected! My Interviewer was Kinda really Irritated. I smiled and answered. At the end she said" Right Now The US Immigration Laws are very Strict" REJECTED!!!! And one thing. She never wanted any document except for the passport!!
Two things which I have noticed, You were too desperate to go to the US, Why I am saying that? Because you were giving too much unnecessary information, when she asked about your previous international travel, you should have just named the countries. Second thing you failed to demonstrate is your ties back home. These are the two reasons which lead to the visa officer believe that you are potential immigrant.
Jansher Banaji Don't worry, Try again and stick to previous answers only. Don't change your answers next time as they put remarks to your application after every interview. Answer only in one or two lines next time and your answer should be to the point. If your interview goes right initially they will eventually ask you about your ties. It's generally a bit hard for Unmarried young men to get a B1/B2 visa but not impossible. Last piece of advice, don't give up. If you have a genuine reason to visit US, you will get a visa even if you are rejected twice or thrice. I have seen people getting visas after 3-4 rejections.
Jansher Banaji Actually you did get a chance to demonstrate your ties. She asked you about your job which is basically to determine your ties back home but your answer is a bit vague to be honest. You said you do business development, you do social media and you teach students for exams. None of these sound like a stable job. These sound more like freelance jobs which you could do on the fly... I hope you get the point. Best of luck for next time.
Hi Robin, Thank you for your reply and i apologise for my late reply. If i do apply for my Visa i will try to keep my answers the same. Yes the question about my job was a little vary but it was the truth, i am into multiple fields, it does sound a but not stable. Thank you for all your advice. :)
Can any one telme that interview matters the most or Ds160.Cz in interview he asked me to show invitation letter from the Business conference and than he didnt asked me for any other documents.hw asked me 3 questions? Why you are going to USA What is this conference about. What is your job and how long you are doing this job. After that he was using keyboard for 50-60 secs and than said sorry i cant give you visa
he he he that happens also to me and i got frustrated and ask the women who interviewed me, where did i go wrong as she can see the frustration into my face and she tell me you can try again next time then issued me 214 B. the next month i try again and Alhamdulillah it was successful. try again bro.
Mistake 1: you gave her your passport rather than telling her , she already has the record of places u have been . this gives rise to suspicion. Mistake 2: you mentioned multiple jobs that u do which tells that you don't have a stable career and which makes you fit in category of immigrant. Another mistake was u said shopping , I mean really ? you are not a billionaire who goes to countries for shopping are u ? you should say travelling to multiple places and having all documents don't make u eligible for travelling visa any one can produce documents
I’m Indonesian. Mine was rejected too 2 years ago. I’m showing my 2 previous passport with full of stamps and visa. I purely wanna see God’s creation on other side of the world. But US didn’t allow me to enter their part. 6 days after rejection, I’m relieved and telling myself. Alright, I don’t need this.
Brother i have good travel history i am in sports field from last 25 years i visited all Europe japan middle east. They ask me 2 questions why u go i say to participate in tournament they ask u married i say yes they say sorry no visa. hahahahahaha what the hell they didn't check my travel history sponsor letter what is this i can't believe
Invitation letter which u were having . its by your friend , if any relative invites that will be in your favor and in written assure that u returns back to your country.
I applied again today for the second time and got denied again. This one is really painful. I dont know what's wrong with consul. Im not lying gave everything but still denied.
@@pinoy_pageants omg I know the feeling. I am from indonesia. Just got rejected like 4 days ago. Not over it. I feel physically sick. can't even get my body to do activities bc I just feel awful. how was the second interview??
@@dammitchi2236 yes it is painful. I already moved on and forgot about it. What I'm doing right now is travelling around Asia and enjoying my life. Don't mind those consuls because karma is real. Just enjoy your life. US VISA is not important.
@@pinoy_pageants I don't even care about the money I wasted, I can get it again. I just didn't expect the level of humiliation and disappointment. And the way the consulate treated me just leAves a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe because this was extremely recent so I'm still not over it and can't stop thinking about it. and yeah fuck America, but what sucks is that apparently the five major developed countries (UK, US, Australia, I forget the other two) share visa refusal information so when I apply for, say, Aussie visa, I will HAVE to state that I've been denied a US visa before and that will be a minus point. And I can't lie because like I said, they share information and they will know if I lie. I hate this. It's like I've been blacklisted and put in a specific category that nobody wants to be in. Makes you feel like you're a second class citizen. Yuck.
In my point of view, I think how we answered that leaves an impression from us,.I think, the best is concise and straight to the point, nothing to flaunt anything just plain simple with it's intent pure purpose,. maybe the lady is getting more chance because she's sick..with it's purpose is more far getting chance
My big brother is on EAD status in the USA. It's been 5 years in usa. And we had applied for a visa application to meet him and tourism purpose. I applied for the USA B2 visa but my visa was denied. I do not know anything about why the application has been rejected. We feel that our application has been rejected because of my brother's EAD status. I want guidance from you that we get a USA B2 visa on EAD status?
I need help and advice.. i got rejected 3 times on a F1 visa in my country in 2013 and now im planing of applying for a b2 visa to visit my brother who is a citizen. I am a student and i study in europe now .Please i need advice .

May be one day system has been change and normal to normal person can get USA visa easily. India is great 🇮🇳I love my india 😊
Need some advice regarding B1 visa if someone could comment. I am a student in Belgium from India and I have been invited for an interview at a research lab in the United States for two days and have my travel accommodations and stay covered by the research lab. In this scenario, is a rejection likely? Just to mention, i have studied for three years in the US and got my degree and then left the US. Will that factor in?
hi guys... can you please suggets me how much income is required to show during filling US DS 160 Appplication? As I know, interviewer does not check any docs except passport at time of interview. so please guide me.
It depends but you should show a decent amount in your account as well as take along property/FD/Shares/MFs/ along with you for your Interview. They may ask for it.
I am also rejected three times.. in first 2 I don’t have any travel history.. in my last interview they said their laws are very strict.. can’t provide the visa
US is so judgmental! I studied in Chicago and I just got reject twice to go to Menlo Park for my onboarding training. I work for Facebook London, and I applied the B1 visa in Shanghai. I am gonna try the 3rd time in UK. God! I am the only in Facebook London got rejected I guess...
it is not your mistake, they, consuls, i guess, put all applicants into stereotypes, and proceed with strong background bias. i really can't believe just because of your lack of language or some irrelevant issue they reject you. today also i was rejected. i slept late last night and i was very tired and dull to be smiling and cheerful with the consul. and she or he did not like my mood, so she denied me the visa. i can't believe this process being so simple and just on the tongue of some one who may live in a dream world. anyway, next time be simple and sure with your answers, and never use i guess, maybe, or something that may trigger some reaction in his brain. my question, is for you, folks, does anybody know or have and idea, at the end what is the ratio of the role of consuls and investigation (if done!) about the applicant? if only consul decides the outcome, then it is very wrong, cause it is impossible to read the minds of people in such a short time with simple, standard questions. and just rejecting people because of suspicion is not fair.
(Read till the end and give me a opinion ) I applied for B1B2 family visitor visa my every single answer were correct as per ds160 form Question he asked are as below: 1. Name ,DOB common questions? 2. Whom you going to meet? Ans: im going as a visitor. 3. What do you do in india? Ans. Im running my business of real estate and broking. 4. What is your yearly income? Ans. 22 to 25 lakh. 5. Have you been to any other country? Ans. Yes ive been to u.k and Poland. 6. Where else. Ans. Ive aslo been to paris and 2 3 other places but as i had poland visa visa for this place were not required. (DID NOT MENTIONED IN DS160). 7. (To my wife) what do you do? Ans. House wife. 8. (To my son)what do you do? Ans. Doing graduate in (....course). THEN THEY SAID THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN LESS INFORMATION YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS VISA.
don't worry bro ,just talking to you for 3 minutes and coming to conclusion that you are not eligible enough .....I mean she must be super human !!!!!right??
Okay people ...i need your help....i have gotten an invitation letter from an organization i write for actually i won a category ....i applied for visa with my mother and we got rejected beacuse of family ties since my parents got separated .....if i want to apply again alone..? What should i do?
Your source of income.. She believed you can earn more in USA than you are earning right now. Or your source of income isn't stable or permanent. Same thing happened with me last week, whole interview went very well, last question she asked me about salary, I also have a decent salary, after salary question she went quite typed something I was excited to get pink slip but she handed over me white paper and told, sorry, we are not issuing your visa. Before salary question I was 100 % sure I am going to get it.
The reason why your visa got rejected is because you gave a wrong reply for the question she asked which made her feel you were being mean. She asked you where all you have travelled? And what was your reply? " Rather than me telling you that...." Here it is! You cannot give options to the Officer. Follow the instructions exactly they ask you. You made her feel that you are not willing to answer to the question she asked and want to do things your way. US embassy is not a place to show attitude. Sometimes we need to humble ourselves in certain places to get our things done. Dont be offended. Just told you what i felt putting myself in that officers shoes.
i have plans to visit Philadelphia for cfa conference this year and appeared for an interview on 28 April 2017 but got refused i paid $1450 for the conference and got an invitation for the same, questions asked 1 what am i going for .... answered 2 am i married : single i gave unnecessary information ex: engaged etc. 3 what do i do : i am director of one company and CFO of another. 4 how much i earn (income) replied but i thing i messed it as my ans was vague as i donot have a fixed income (business) but i said Fixed number. my itr for the last year was not complete i have done my application again however i still need suggestions on asked and possible questions this time.
Thank you for your Blessings Brother, i have appeared for an interview on 16 October and got my visa however what i have observed what lead us to a positive result is : 1. confidence "not about getting visa' but about your profile irrespective of what an outcome will be. it should not look like that we are craving for visa. 2. income statement has to be good which they analyze by your last tax returns so we should have good tax returns irrespective of the balances in the bank account. 3. social ties social media now a days is very active however at the same time it can reveal a lot of personal information to public so they can scrutinize any time. 4. Reasoning: your reasons to come back plays an important role in the process of your application, which is not what you just said at the time of interview in fact, how it is synchronized with your d160 and other social ties. i think this information can be helpful to others thank you once again
Hey Harpreet, I'm preparing for level 2 currently. Seems like you've passed all the 3 levels. Would like to know your views on opportunities in the US. Can I get your email?
When ask just say simple things. Don't go saying this and that. What is your work. I work in..... As a ...... Then stop. Less talk less mistakes. If they have more question they will ask. What they are looking for is a strong ties in your country that you will go back. If you have a business just say business. Research again, practice your interview before going to the interview again. Their our tons in TH-cam. Good luck. Keep trying.
Income is THE main point of your success for a US Visa. If you're travelling with dependents then I believe it plays a higher role. Maybe your mom was a dependent and hence with your low income, you may have been rejected. My interview is this month. Excited.
Income has got nothing to do with it. I applied again and got my visa. They did not ask for my income or bank statements or anything. Cause is the main reason you get it or you don't. I know many Jewlers who are beyond rich that have gotten rejected.
Jansher Banaji I also heard they also have a quota system. They aren't supposed to approve everyone's visa. Something like only 60% of the visas get approved. That's what my elder brother told who currently stays in US with a F1 visa. Luck also plays a major role.
Hi there - Jansher ! ...... In my opinion, the reason WHY they denied you a u.s visa twice could be because you are an indian. A lot of indians from india - when they do get approve for a TOURIST visa, they violates the rules and conditions of the visa given much too often. due to that the u.s rarely wants to give visas to your nationals . I know of many indians friends who have done just that; Now that trump is president their future in this country are uncertain. Best thing you should do is to continue travelling to other countries and gather as much foreign visas as possible to show that you continuously have travelling experiences and that you always leave the countries travels when the time allows comes. Before you try again, i advise you to wait 5 years - otherwise you may be barred from applying for a term of 5 years . ( which you don't want ) in the meantime try CANADA, SOUTH AMERICA........... I WISH YOU THE VERY BEST !
The reason i think you got rejected is because of your previous interview, which was registered and used against the next time, i'm pretty sure she went through your previous application before she set up the second interview.
Hi friends I want to know one thing my Visa is rejected in September 2019 and I want to apply it again in November shall I need to fill new DS 160 form or shall I continue with retrieve my application and continue with Creat new please guide me.

Why you are going to USA What is this conference about. What is your job and how long you are doing this job.
I understood what happened wrong with you. As you started explaining so many jobs you do in India, she got doubt that you can manage to do job in US too while on visitor visa. Or also that you are telling lies by mentioning so many jobs. You would have mentioned any one good job from which you were earning more. No one can do so many jobs on daily basis. You may not be doing them all on regular basis but on regular intervals which you mentioned as if you are doing them daily which is impossible for anybody to do. So only your visa rejected. Job means only one good job at a time. Not keeping feet on two boats together.
my experience - interviewer -hi how are u me - hello i am fine thanks and you interviewer -- fine thanks interviewer -why do u want to go to usa ? me- tourism interviewer - ok come and get your visa at 4:30 The End
“Maybe I am wrong” but they check body language while asking questions CLOSELY. If you can see in your video.. it was very rare that you made an eye to eye contact. Which shows that anything you’re hiding/ telling a lie. But yes, maybe this can be the reason of your denial.
Ppl who tell the truth never gets true. The guy asked me why i wanted to go i said vaca, what do i do im a Registered nurse sir, how long 6 yrs. I see u go to university yes i do. What r u persuing me bsn in nursing. Ok who will u be visiting my mother i havent seen her in 4 yrs n wud really love too. Whats the position u hold for siblingS me middle child eldest girl. next time dont tell them you know somebody in the usa it make things completed.make your application look like you guys are going for your trip without knowing anyone in the usa
Jansher Banaji ok that's great and it was ok that u were consistent with that idea.i had similar problem but I never changed anything when I went on second time
I got rejection in my business trip visa of usa Just want to ask as i have applied again and my interview is on next week and want to ask u that will the visa officer consider my last rejection and will he be more strict and ask me more and hard questions and will he ask me for my last time visa rejection And if he ask me that why I got rejection, then what should be the appropriate answe, actually i was nervous and fumbled during interview Pls answer
How are you related to that girl? If she has no Family, Whom is she trying to visit in the US? If you are trying to do a social service by getting that girl to US, Then it's impossible under "B" Visa Category. Because clearly, She has immigrant intent. Better option would be to file a petition for her to the USCIS and get her a Immigrant visa which can lead to Green card.
You can try with the B1/B2 visa But chances are pretty slim until and unless she has some ties back home..such as other relatives, Some property in her name, Car etc.
Hello, Here i am sharing my experience with Visa interview. I am a freelancer and i was working for a client who is from USA and he invited me there for a meeting and sent me invitation letter and all the supporting letters. I was confident that i will be going to get the visa and went the embassy and i was the first one to interview. VO : why you want to travel USA ? me : I am going for meeting VO : what do you do ? me : i am a freelancer and i work online on electronic related projects. VO : Sorry what type f projects ? me : Embedded system programming , computer programming. VO: where you will be staying ? me : i told them. She start typing and after a minute she said i am sorry you did not qualified for the visa and when she was typing i was very confident that i am going to get visa but somehow it turns to be opposite . The meeting is in JUly , should i reapply or what should i do now ?
No, please don't apply the next day. By the way, there is a non-refundable visa fee. Don't act desperate or you will rise suspicion for the visa agent. Also, don't glamorize America. It is a great place. This is just by what foreign friends have told me. If you tell, OH America is jut below heaven, they are going to think you are planning to overstay your visa. Also say you have strong ties back home, like direct family, rent, job, etc. You want to prove that you are coming back and not staying. Lastly, and this is for many kinds of interviews and even police interrogation, don't give out your life story. The brief when you answer questions, obviously, don't lie or deceive. If you get rejected, most times is because you may lack funds to cover your visit. Thing like that. I would wait 3 months, I am guessing. I've seen TV shows covering this stuff. Do your research.
Too many jobs and your eagerness may play spoil sport. Speak less and to the point. They don't. See any documents for tourist visa. Just keep them with you. Have stable job. Have income tax return. But show them only if asked. They won.t see it. But keep with you in case.
To me you sound you don't know want to answer questions, defensive, unrelaxed, arrogant in your behaviour and answers, and showing off which takes the focus of you as if you have something to hide. Negative energy comes from your answers and you. This harms your Visa outcome. I went to the U.S as a student. Now have a green card so fast. You are supposed to pray for positive outcome before you apply for Visa. You must know your answers about why you want to go to America. Then pray for positive outcome again during interview and after that. 30 mins before your interview, you are supposed to study people being interviewed in the same room as you to get a feel on how hard embassy officer questions are and start answering them while staying calm. At the time of interview, you are supposed to look Innocent, look around, answer questions with simple sentences, no explanation beyond simple sentences answering their questions. This worked for me and I barely moved a finger.
me too im very disappointed for my visa b1/b2. 2days ago feb.9 2017 i had an interview in tokyo U.S. embassy and he ask me and i answered with no lies and answered only the truth.but in the last question he ask me how can u go to U.S because its very expensive there. But i answer to him i have money to go there.but he said to me you are disqualified!fucking u.s. embassy.

Lucky you! Thanks, i'm trying again
Gentleman you are right on your side, I agree with you on your words sometime I also luck also matters.
They make it seem like it's a Visa to Heaven...why is the U.S. like that!
Preach!!!! So arrogant
Too arrogant
After rejection for twice in Shanghai, I replied again with the same reason for B1 after 7 months in London, and I got it yesterday! Will share some of the experience later on.
Wow! This great! Can you explain how you did it?
I was rejected twice back in 2001 for B1/B2 but now migrated permanently . I think its not about the documents you carry. Like someone mentioned earlier, if VO asked you what places have you traveled, you responded whether she wants to see your old passport? ( Mistake 1). This shows that you think you should get US visa(over confident) just because you have travelled other countries. Also, when you describe your job, you have too many things to mention (Mistake 2: No obligation), which sounds like you don't have a stable career and may be a prospect immigrant.
Hey thanks for the input~ I applied again and got the visa!! I will be making a video of that soon! Stay tune and subscribe !
nice
I have 2nd interviews next week, plz give me some suggestions bro
@@JansherBanaji can i get your contact number..PLEASE so i can ask some help about... USA visa
Hi Jansher. I had watched your video atlest five times. All I can tell you is the problem was not with your documents or intentions, but the problem was with your..... BODY LANGUAGE AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
I can be hundred percent sure of it.
Ya allah
I was rejected two times. It's so bad. I know your feeling. I'm not trying anymore this year.
Hey Patric yeah the feelings suck. Ill apply for one when i have a reason to. Thanks for your feedback!
Patric Hiro d
I am an indonesia. Just got rejected last week. Indeed an awful feeling. wanna try again next year but Im scared. How was ur second interview? Do you know where you screwed up??
base on my experience I noticed that the things they want to know is that if you're going for a short term vacation is the answers to the question "When are you coming back to your country?, proof of the place where you going to stay?, proof that you have a reason to come back, money that you have, your purpose and the direct and accurate answer to every questions.
Lecnaj Sinalem b
Very well spoken and clear. Best wishes
Luck is the key!!
Good luck!
Hi thank for the input, I appiled again and got my visa, do check out that video. I did not have to show any documents or money or business.
By your logic, a person who has a hobby of touring the world would-very ironically-be “World Traveller (except U.S.-because he is a world traveller)!”
You need to show a compulsion to RETURN TO (not stay in) your home country. Financial assets that are easily liquidated or transferred don’t generate a compulsion. A spouse (travelling with you or not), minor dependents, significant investment in on-going studies, long-time career-related job, real estate as a primary residence, ... DO generate compelling trauma, emotional or financial, if abandoned.
very beautiful answer....and i think what you said is perfectly right.....thank you
@@JansherBanaji Don't even listen to this idiot he's just trying to promote his business, I hate these people who talk about America as if it's an all knowing God or something (now don't get me wrong politics wise they know everything) but I'm talking about the bureaucracy and the internal process. Your experience based on what you said about both interviews is the biggest proof on how arbitrary this process was and always will be. If we're gonna be logical : your first interview you should've gotten rejected for sure (sorry bro you really messed up XD); you're second interview you should've gotten it for sure you even had the perfect chance to show off your travels and your career without seeming over anxious; and your third interview you probably should've gotten rejected I mean girlfriend graduation and a question about how you guys met and no actual relevant questions isn't my idea of a very convincing reason to give out a tourist visa to anywhere really :P .. you wanna talk about a logical visa process, the UK, you don't even go to an interview and you just give your papers and if you're refused they give you the reason for refusal point by point in an essay for God's sake just so that you can know what exactly went wrong and fix it if possible. anyway thanks for sharing your experiences as they are very true and on point, I mean I know highschool dropouts here in Jordan who got it and I know engineers who didn't on their first try XD,, the US visa is in many ways like life, freaking illogical and unfair , having said that I'm glad I got it on my second try anyway better than nothing :)
it hurts, their bad mood affects the whole process
Hey Jagadish, When you fill the DS 160 there is an option which says do you have confirmed travel plans? So depending on that you can show etc
As of my knowledge ,if you mentioned more than 1 or 2 months in that . Then you won't get b1/b2 visa.
I did not mention any travel dates.
Having a fully refundable ticket (very pricey!) in-hand with the outbound and return dates set could be very convincing.
Yes some of them are mean! But its funny she said that because USA is opening up to tourism !
3:48 Your response would appear too cocky to their ears.
Hey Robin, Your right i think i gave too much unnecessary information. But i never got an opportunity to demonstrate any ties back home.
Why you are going to USA
What is this conference about.
What is your job and how long you are doing this job.
After that he was using keyboard for 50-60 secs and than said sorry i cant give you visa
Same experience with me last week... I had complete documentation but she even didn't see it here in Dahran, KSA
he he he that happens also to me and i got frustrated and ask the women who interviewed me, where did i go wrong as she can see the frustration into my face and she tell me you can try again next time then issued me 214 B. the next month i try again and Alhamdulillah it was successful. try again bro.
Thats awesome to hear!! I will try again bro!! Thanks for the positive response !
I tried for the second time and I got rejected again.
Mistake 1: you gave her your passport rather than telling her , she already has the record of places u have been . this gives rise to suspicion.
Mistake 2: you mentioned multiple jobs that u do which tells that you don't have a stable career and which makes you fit in category of immigrant.
Another mistake was u said shopping , I mean really ? you are not a billionaire who goes to countries for shopping are u ? you should say travelling to multiple places
and having all documents don't make u eligible for travelling visa
any one can produce documents
Thanks for the info, I got my visa btw, you can check out the video I made on it
Razor absolutely correct..you read my mind...
The vide quality keep getting better and better. Keep more videos coming xxx !
Thank you!

Hi Ali, Yes i did have an invitation letter but sadly it did not work!
I got denied yesterday in the Philippines. I felt so small and the feeling was horrible i could not believe it until now
It happens trust me i know after being rejected twice
Don't give up bro

I do not know anything about why the application has been rejected. We feel that our application has been rejected because of my brother's EAD status. I want guidance from you that we get a USA B2 visa on EAD status?
Kinda unfair to see how in some countries, it is really hard to get a visa while in others 99% get approved.

Will that factor in?
it means that it's not your time yet to go to US or may be it is not for you...
hi guys... can you please suggets me how much income is required to show during filling US DS 160 Appplication? As I know, interviewer does not check any docs except passport at time of interview. so please guide me.
It depends but you should show a decent amount in your account as well as take along property/FD/Shares/MFs/ along with you for your Interview. They may ask for it.
I am also rejected three times.. in first 2 I don’t have any travel history.. in my last interview they said their laws are very strict.. can’t provide the visa
My appointment this january 30 2017 on monday hope i can make, i travel australia uae and hongkong these could be my advantage
Hey thats nice to here i hope you get it! I'm sure traveling is a big advantage
I know! They reject without no reason it’s crazy!
it is not your mistake, they, consuls, i guess, put all applicants into stereotypes, and proceed with strong background bias. i really can't believe just because of your lack of language or some irrelevant issue they reject you.
today also i was rejected. i slept late last night and i was very tired and dull to be smiling and cheerful with the consul. and she or he did not like my mood, so she denied me the visa. i can't believe this process being so simple and just on the tongue of some one who may live in a dream world. anyway, next time be simple and sure with your answers, and never use i guess, maybe, or something that may trigger some reaction in his brain.
my question, is for you, folks, does anybody know or have and idea, at the end what is the ratio of the role of consuls and investigation (if done!) about the applicant?
if only consul decides the outcome, then it is very wrong, cause it is impossible to read the minds of people in such a short time with simple, standard questions. and just rejecting people because of suspicion is not fair.
I don't think it's got anything to do with the language, Btw I got my visa, you should check out that video.
Jansher Banaji i think he talked about his case
Hmm I guess so
esref celik celik you are correct

3. What do you do in india?

4. What is your yearly income?

5. Have you been to any other country?

nice isse or logo ko bhi pata chalega
Your source of income.. She believed you can earn more in USA than you are earning right now. Or your source of income isn't stable or permanent. Same thing happened with me last week, whole interview went very well, last question she asked me about salary, I also have a decent salary, after salary question she went quite typed something I was excited to get pink slip but she handed over me white paper and told, sorry, we are not issuing your visa. Before salary question I was 100 % sure I am going to get it.
i went for it again after a week and they accepted me the second time
Hi can you explain ur 2 interview experience
Can you please share how you prepare for next time? It's very urgent as I m reappearing second time. Your email id pls
Just told you what i felt putting myself in that officers shoes.
i have plans to visit Philadelphia for cfa conference this year and appeared for an interview on 28 April 2017 but got refused i paid $1450 for the conference and got an invitation for the same,
questions asked
1 what am i going for .... answered
2 am i married : single i gave unnecessary information ex: engaged etc.
3 what do i do : i am director of one company and CFO of another.
4 how much i earn (income) replied but i thing i messed it as my ans was vague as i donot have a fixed income (business) but i said Fixed number. my itr for the last year was not complete
i have done my application again however i still need suggestions on asked and possible questions this time.
Like I always say getting a visa is all on luck my friend. Try again I'm sure you will get it.
Thank you for your Blessings Brother, i have appeared for an interview on 16 October and got my visa however what i have observed what lead us to a positive result is :
1. confidence "not about getting visa' but about your profile irrespective of what an outcome will be. it should not look like that we are craving for visa.
2. income statement has to be good which they analyze by your last tax returns so we should have good tax returns irrespective of the balances in the bank account.
3. social ties social media now a days is very active however at the same time it can reveal a lot of personal information to public so they can scrutinize any time.
4. Reasoning: your reasons to come back plays an important role in the process of your application, which is not what you just said at the time of interview in fact, how it is synchronized with your d160 and other social ties.
i think this information can be helpful to others
thank you once again
Hey Harpreet, I'm preparing for level 2 currently. Seems like you've passed all the 3 levels. Would like to know your views on opportunities in the US. Can I get your email?
When ask just say simple things. Don't go saying this and that. What is your work. I work in..... As a ...... Then stop. Less talk less mistakes. If they have more question they will ask. What they are looking for is a strong ties in your country that you will go back. If you have a business just say business. Research again, practice your interview before going to the interview again. Their our tons in TH-cam. Good luck. Keep trying.
if we apply b1b2 and got reS160 or i will use old one, as there lil change from previous ds160 info int my new application.
maybe ur face reaction and confidence was a reason for rejection
Hey buddy, good points! I re applied again and i got my visa : I will be putting the video soon! Do subscribe :)
Jansher Banaji - Huray!!! I am so glad for you getting a US visa. So when you planning to travel? Regards from New York.
Why did you take over interview when she has not you to give passport ?.
The reason i think you got rejected is because of your previous interview, which was registered and used against the next time, i'm pretty sure she went through your previous application before she set up the second interview.
Your probably right!
Hi, what should be the perfect answer to the purpose of visit for B1/B2
surprising, I thought it was pretty easy these days to get a US tourist visa. Cannot tell you what you did wrong, perhaps just an arbitrary decision.
I'm in '#TeamRejection' too bro!!
It’s fine bro it happensss we too got rejected 💔

I understood what happened wrong with you. As you started explaining so many jobs you do in India, she got doubt that you can manage to do job in US too while on visitor visa. Or also that you are telling lies by mentioning so many jobs. You would have mentioned any one good job from which you were earning more. No one can do so many jobs on daily basis. You may not be doing them all on regular basis but on regular intervals which you mentioned as if you are doing them daily which is impossible for anybody to do. So only your visa rejected. Job means only one good job at a time. Not keeping feet on two boats together.
I would like to apply for US visa soon, could anybody give me some important advices and suggestions? In past I was rejected two times
my experience -
interviewer -hi how are u
me - hello i am fine thanks and you
interviewer -- fine thanks
interviewer -why do u want to go to usa ?
me- tourism
interviewer - ok come and get your visa at 4:30
The End

You are so lucky. I got denied yesterday
Hi, I applied again and I got the visa. Do check out the video that I have uploaded, I did show that I know someone there.

I got rejection in my business trip visa of usa
Just want to ask as i have applied again and my interview is on next week and want to ask u that will the visa officer consider my last rejection and will he be more strict and ask me more and hard questions and will he ask me for my last time visa rejection
And if he ask me that why I got rejection, then what should be the appropriate answe, actually i was nervous and fumbled during interview
Pls answer
I think the best thing you can say is that you have no idea why the previous VO found you ineligible.
It is rejected because you are doing business development..for your own
B1/B2 you can as long as it does not benefit American company while you are there. It can benefit the American company while you are not in usa
my application is rejected bro so after how long time can we apply again
After first application . When can we apply foe the 2 nd minimum and maximum time?
Anytime
As long as you situation has changed from last application
3months after rejection, you can apply for any number of times
@@iiparachuteregiment8800 What does significant changes in circumstances mean?
I'm about to try to get a B Visa for a girl and she is a orphan which means she has no family. I don't know how they will look at that part?
Brent Arnold , contact us Lutheran social service
Really no idea buddy!
No we started talking online about 6 months ago. I want her to come visit me.
You can try with the B1/B2 visa But chances are pretty slim until and unless she has some ties back home..such as other relatives, Some property in her name, Car etc.
hello dude you don't have to smart to get b1/b2 visa
Just dont show any attitude to visa officer... be polite and straightforward.. no bullshit!
I got tourist visa rejection in Hyderabad too.
Hello,
Here i am sharing my experience with Visa interview.
I am a freelancer and i was working for a client who is from USA and he invited me there for a meeting and sent me invitation letter and all the supporting letters. I was confident that i will be going to get the visa and went the embassy and i was the first one to interview.
VO : why you want to travel USA ?
me : I am going for meeting
VO : what do you do ?
me : i am a freelancer and i work online on electronic related projects.
Why u all want to fobrgevusca please the people do not want u guts an its a money making thing as y get rejected no refund ?? Why

If I rejected For US visa so how many days after I apply for Visa second time .
You can apply again anytime, even the next day.
Do your research.
hello can I get USA b2 visa I haven't traveled to any where I have fresh visa
Yes I'm sure you can
You should not say to vo to have a look to my passport.
When we will get Visa how many months
Did you have an invitation letter from your friend living in the U.S?
Yes i did have a letter.
Just exactly happened to me ...same
i am from hyderabad , going for my visa interview tomorrow
this is my third attempt!
+Sachin Jain all the best
Never ever mention online jobs such as social media infulencer
Most of your replies were blunders
this happens... probably your answers should have been a bit more sharp n maybe u weren't confident enough...
me too im very disappointed for my visa b1/b2. 2days ago feb.9 2017 i had an interview in tokyo U.S. embassy and he ask me and i answered with no lies and answered only the truth.but in the last question he ask me how can u go to U.S because its very expensive there. But i answer to him i have money to go there.but he said to me you are disqualified!fucking u.s. embassy.
