That's exactly how I play. I don't understand stressing out about resources and all these set tasks and stuff when that literally ruins the whole meaning of minecraft. It's supposed to be peaceful.

lol to be fair, I tend to be a little more cautious when I'm filming since the fall noises are a little disruptive lol
I tend to go down carefully unless there's water, then in that case I just take a swan dive lol
I’ve been going through it the past two days and stumbled upon this video by accident but it is the exact thing I need rn. Not too much auditory stimulation, enough visual stimulation to keep me occupied but not too much to where I’d get more panicky and overwhelmed. Love the video and your build, it’s adorable and exactly the kind of stuff I’d love to build!

I believe they just used shaders/optifine. I have had JAVA my whole life. haha
BSL Shaders are perfect starter shaders.
Optifine has a setting called "dynamic lighting" that will make the torches glow/light up when you hold them and different shaders will make the illuminate and glow when you place them as well. I'm using the BSL shaders in this video.
