Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team Playthrough 31: Reset to 1 in Wish Cave

After many days checking on Ekans, we then find out Medicham is stuck in a new dungeon called Wish Cave, and we have to check the bulletin board at Pelipper Post Office, and Medicham is on the 20th floor of that dungeon. Wish Cave is one to prepare for, as this dungeon resets your level to 1, and we will need something that has good stats and moves at that level.

It is finally time to see what this Wish Cave is all about, to unlock that dungeon, you need to have completed Pitfall Valley and have the Friend Sea Sky-Blue Plains unlocked, then you have to talk to Medicham and Ekans at Whiscash Pond many times, on the third day, only Ekans will be there. Then on the fourth day, Ekans will be at Pelipper Post Office near the bulletin board, and you have to accept Medicham's request, she is on the 20th floor of Wish Cave, you do need the HM for Surf to access this dungeon.
One thing to note, Wish Cave resets your level to 1, and for recommendations, you will want Pokémon that have good stats at Level 1 or those that level up quickly, stand-outs include Kecleon if you are able to recruit one as it levels up quick and has great stats at Level 1, and it learns moves like Fury Swipes as a level up move. Other good choices include Charizard, which comes with Heat Wave at Level 1 and has good stats, Venomoth also has a room clearing move at Level 1 in Silver Wind. Another good Pokémon for Level 1 dungeons is Alakazam, as it has very high stats at Level 1 and comes with Teleport, allowing you to escape from battles. TMs like Frustration and Attract are very effective for this dungeon as some of your main attacks won't be doing too much damage, specially on later floors.
To list Pokémon that are in Wish Cave, I will mostly be going over the first 20 floors, you can find Bellsprout, Magnemite, Sunkern, Jigglypuff, Cleffa, Caterpie, Marill, Rattata, Togepi, Aron, Voltorb, Ralts, Meditite, Baltoy, Geodude, Natu, Beldum, Machop, Swinub, and Skarmory. The early floors aren't too bad, but ones to watch out for are Jigglypuff which knows Sing, Marill and Togepi have a good amount of HP, and Skarmory is a tough foe, it has the same stats as the Skarmory that was fought at Mt. Steel as a boss, but it does give a good amount of experience.
To list new recruits, this is the only dungeon where you can recruit Bellsprout, Sunkern, Cleffa, Caterpie, Togepi, and Ralts, and you can find Natu, Machop, and Skarmory at lower levels, Jigglypuff and Marill cannot be recruited as they are evolved Pokémon, but we can encounter Igglybuff in a dungeon that doesn't reset your level to 1, but it is a rare encounter in that dungeon.
Medicham is on the 20th floor, and after saving her, she will give you the Wish Stone, where it is said that if you take it to the depths of Wish Cave, your wish will come true. You can find a Wish Stone on the 50th floor of Wish Cave, I won't go too far into it in case I decide to go through Wish Cave, but I will need some good preparation due to how tough the dungeon is. This is the only dungeon where you can find King's Rock, Leaf Stone, and Upgrade, those are found in Kecleon Shops in this dungeon.
This dungeon has 99 floors, and going over Pokémon found on floors 21 to 98, you can find Trapinch, Spinarak, Electrike, Gligar, Nidoran♂, Electabuzz, Manectric, Tauros, Abra, Murkrow, Ariados, Dunsparce, Nincada, Bagon, Golbat, Kadabra, Nidorina, Nidorino, Magmar, Illumise, Electrode, Forretress, Dugtrio, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Numel, Ditto, Magcargo, Torkoal, Rhyhorn, Piloswine, Arbok, Pineco, Lairon, Metang, Shelgon, Zangoose, Koffing, Rhydon, Graveler, Magby, Nidoqueen, Golem, Nidoking, Porygon2, Grimer, Camerupt, Shuppet, Hitmontop, Solrock, Weezing, Dusclops, Scizor, Flygon, Metagross, Claydol, and Salamence.
After Wish Cave, both Ekans and Medicham will be at the Pelipper Post Office, where they wonder what Gengar is up to lately, and it will take many days to unlock the next storyline with Team Meanies.
