    The most suprising thing is how JF responded to the chargers first TD. Also how he responded to his int. Thats huge.

    • @mrnst7
      @mrnst7 หลายเดือนก่อน +27

      That was soo huge and no one is talking about It. The chargers were ready to take the game over our offense looked skunked and fields made It a game with that drive. Those are the losses we took last year where eventually the defense just gave in and accepted the loss because we couldnt come back from a one possession deficit

      I'm not surprised at all if you know you know he just needed a real team to help him out he not all there yet but you see the growth since he been in Pittsburgh this short time unlike the Bears the Steelers actually are teaching him and doing the things that he is good at not what they want him to run all the plays are designed in the best interest of JF

I love to see positive and talk positive about people, and we are witnessing the growth of Fields, and I'm absolutely proud. I know Justin now has an interception, but he didn't throw that it. In my eyes, he's still mistake free and is absolutely taking care of the ball. And as the season goes on, he's only going to get better and more confident. We grew up today, Steelers nation! I'm absolutely proud to say Justin Fields is QB1. Debate over! Oh, by the way, I actually been feeling like Jaylen Warren should be the starter, and Najee should be back up and put in different packages. Patterson looked good. I also said this at the beginning of the season that Nick herbig should start over Alex. I just feel his athleticism and speed makes him a better threat over Highsmith.

      He didn’t even break 300 yards in the air for both games combined. He had a decent passer rating because he rarely threw anything except check downs that added up to around 130 yards per game. He threw 1 TD. He took 4 sacks. There’s nothing else to note.
      The only positive is that he wasn’t turning the ball over. That’s mainly because he was throwing those check downs though.
      You may think that’s playing well but it’s definitely not if you want this team to actually contend. He needs to double, if not triple these numbers.

    Defense...on fire! Watt is such a terror and with Herbig we found another good edge rusher.
    I hope Mike Dumblin realized that Fields belongs under center... He`s really solid and makes no mistakes - one turnover in 3 games is really good. The pick wasn`t on him, Patterson doesn`t attack the ball at the highest point.
