You couldn't have done a better justice to barathanatiyam, to mothers, to Tamil by choosing this rendition for mother's day. We thank your mom for giving us such a child who can celebrate this art. A mother's day treat...🙏
Thanks for choosing our Tamil Krishna song to showcase ur incredibly expressive dancing prowess. I am ur great admirer. Let Lord Krishna bless u in great abundance.
I have seen krishna listenimg and calling you as Amma with your beautiful embodiment of feminine gesture in the form of yashoda. I am a dancer myself and I can proudly say this grace has melted my heart away. Vande guru parampara. Krishnam vande jagadpatim.
I just started to cry watching this. Feeling the current separation from 3 of my (grown up) children, from my 6 month old grandson whom I haven't been able to hold yet, and from my mother whom I cannot visit now - all this of course within the context of the pandemic. And yet that depth of feeling is in itself such a profound blessing - that I have been able to be a mother, that I have been mothered. Oh! Thank you for this beautiful darshana of Yashoda!
WOW!! Just WOW!! Every new video you upload is such a feast for the senses. I hope I get to see your live performance before I die. If you ever visit the US, please let us know. Thank you
My heart felt goosebump & tears came down after watching this excellency piece of art. So graceful artist you are. Never seen to act for both Kanha & Yashoda at the same time so gracefully. If you ever visit Mayapur, please come to Kolkata temple also & please inform me. I will be honoured to meet you. May LORD bless you #gaur. HARE KRISHNA... RADHE RADHE...❤ SRILA PRABHUPADA KI JAY...🌹
@@lyoshafurdak Its my pleasure to meet with you onscreen. I will definitely share all your efforts & skill everywhere with all. Thanks for your unexpected reply. It also means a lot to me. Hope to meet you at Mayapur or Kolkata in the near future. Stay blessed. Take care dear. ❤
@@lyoshafurdak curious to know what led your path to India.. your experiences .. what changes it made in you.. Now a days even some of the Indians are turning towards western world.. it would be inspiring to know! Just a request.. Thankyou!
:))) I was a spiritual seeker since childhood. Why? I don’t know. I guess I had some inner knowing. I was not raised in a spiritual or religious family, nor was I surrounded by spiritual friends. But I was very excited whenever and wherever I could get some spiritual experience (sounds a bit like “the life of Pi”, isn’t it?). Of course, the Christianity was the most accessible path to me and I decided I want to get baptized in the Russian orthodox church when I was 11. When I was 15, I became vegetarian. Few months later I encountered Hinduism. The law of karma, reincarnation, non-violence, songs of Surdas, Tukaram and Azhwars, and many more aspects of Hinduism made so much sense for me. Besides that, I was into dancing since childhood. And when I’ve found an art form where dance and spirituality are intertwined, I knew that this is what I was looking for. So I would say hinduism is what resonates with me the most. Am I a hindu? I would answer with a beautiful poem which was written by sufi mystic Hafiz: I Have Learned So much from God That I can no longer Call Myself A Christian, a Hindu, a Muslim A Buddhist, a Jew. The Truth has shared so much of Itself With me That I can no longer call myself A man, a woman, an angel Or even a pure Soul. Love has Befriended Hafiz so completely It has turned to ash And freed Me Of every concept and image My mind has ever known.
@@lyoshafurdak thanks for sharing 😊.. yes.. as u said.. A true Hinduism or being a hindu is not a religion or religious identity.. it's simply a way of life of a seeker.. completely agree with that.. may You achieve what u r wanting for 😊.. will be waiting for more videos from you.. thanks again Namaskaram🙏
I believe that peace and order will come on Earth, when every adult man considers himself the father of every child on Earth, to the same extent as his mother...
As always, a fantastic, heartwarming, tear-jerking rendition of poetry into dance! I have actually a poem (in Hindi) in which Krushna asks Yashoda, what penance did I do to get a mother like you! Ofcourse, Yashoda's heart melts at such words and she thanks her lucky stars at having such a wonderful son!
Thank you! Well, there came a moment when i had to let go of my attachments. And shaving hair was sort of a personal ritual to let go of the attachments, an act of renouncement...
Haven't seen a Male Bharatanatiyam dancer enacting yashoda's feelings in such a beautiful way!! Excellent!! Thank you!! Happy Mother's Day!!
