Ingredients:
boiled mashed potatoes 5 big size
corn starch 1/ 3 cup
(chilli flakes, salt, oregano, mix herbs)1 tsp
oil for deep fry 300 ml .
Preparation method:
take a pot and add mashed potatoes, salt chilli flakes, oregano, mix herbs, corn starch and mix well and make dough then divide in parts.
Take a part of the dust flour and make thick Puri then cut it in a round shape, to make eyes use straw and use a spoon to make mouth .
In hot oil add smilies and half cook then let it cool after cooling down and preserve in an air tight container. when you have to use then remove from fridge and deep fry in hot oil again it will be more crispy add some chaat masala and chilli powder enjoy with tea.
