Yeah I get it. But they wait for like an hour before somebody runs in. If they'd just gone run through the tunnel in the first 10 minutes before the water had time to rise, it would've been just fine.

Usually they dive into to the ocean and run into buildings on fire to save someone and now a tunnel with 10cm height water is too dangerous? This soap seriously misses logic sometimes.
