Arcaea, lanota and cytus is quite popular, even on the west side.These are the top 3 mobile rhythm game for a long time, as cytus lead the market, before being overtaken by arcaea.

Hardest song in Lanota is probably not Wolves, it should be either SolarOrbit or Stasis, most top players said wolves is the easiest of the master 16s
I actually agree with you, stasis took more attempts for me to complete it in purified mode than wolves did.
I find SolarOrbit the hardest.
solar orbit is the hardest if you look at it but becoz of stasis's ridiculous tempo changes it seemed more difficult to even purify it, ofc eghd perfect purified it already, Astaroth aint all that hard and sometimes just even mashing your fingers with no rhythm whatsoever also helps
