    for anyone wondering, this is the workout Hamza mentioned:
    - 50 snatches with both arms;
    - 50 rows with both arms;
    - 100 swing squats or 50 squats and 50 swings;
    - superset of 50 neck curls and 50 leg raises (10 of each alternating);
    - 50 Russian Twists with weight plate
    - 5 minutes in plank position;
    - 10 burpees every 10 minutes.

    Hey Hamza, really appreciated the last part.
    Could we get another guide that talks about the topics mentioned in the last part?
    I'd really love to hear your input on:
    Money and happiness.
    Chasing financial freedom at a young age
    Sacrificing health, relationships for business.
    Should we strive for wisdom, relationships, fitness, mental health and give up the idea of money almost completely?
    Your perspective on money and relationships once you've finally achieved your goals.
    I'd basically love a new guide that combines the Anxious Attachment video and money making guide from 2023 into one updated video on the whole topic of money, happiness, goals and relationships.
    Once again mentioning that for me, the peak videos were the guides made in the summer of 2023.
    Thank you.

    I'm really liking these new videos and appreciate the authenticity. Please Ignore the kids in these comments. I'm 30 older than a lot of this audience. You asked about our stories a few videos ago.
    I stumbled upon your videos from 2020 a couple years ago. I related to your story and authenticity after being on my own self improvement journey. I had just had a son, the Mother bounced and I had to take care of him full time. I listened to some of your videos when driving around my son to get him to sleep. Mother came back in the picture, made a false accusation, and didn't see my son 7 months (I have custody of him now). I stopped watching around the time it seemed like it was just about money, good to see you really returning to your roots.
    I've had the same thought about the next level of spiritual relationship. A lot of the young guys don't realize all these influencers are turning them into little consumer monkeys, because its the easiest way for them to make money. These sort of holistic self improvement videos are so much better, tying everything together and including mental health. Guys need to realize money is about financial freedom. "The grind" and business will never be a fix to their issues. Having goals makes a man happy but there are more goals to have than just getting a BMW and flexing your watch and how many hours you work.

    I agree with you hamza but wouldn't say having good mental health is the goal of life that is just basic, the Natural Way of life - Imagen primal man just living normaly in nature they have good mental health by default, now they use that as a way to achive their purpose like teaching their children or helping other men or create something..

    Hamza idk man just because ur not happy living a materialistic life or grinding 12 hours a day on ur business does not mean other people will not find fulfilment in that. Do what makes u happy and stop attacking others it stinks of insecurity.

    • @xkai07
      @xkai07 2 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      Very few people are genuinely fulfilled when chasing materialism though . The ones that do find it fulfilling , is only ever because of the internal battles they have to overcome and the growth that comes along with them .

    U looked very tired in this sparring video. Poor attack, became very repetative, no intention in offense. No explosiveness. Alot of reaching arms combined with dropping hands . Need more aggression in fighting u have a fight coming up. I know u spar with Ur Coach and thats why u dont want to get a bad beating but u definitly had Lack of energy today. U also Need to keep alteast ur right hand on the chin , without any reaching with it . That way u have a more solid Defence and also a bigger threat of it just exploding and landing a right hand. Just Need a tighter guard overall in which u can stay 24/7 relaxed but coming from bodybuilding i understand the shoulders get heavy, but thats a Must. With a tight guard u can start to put out strong offense with intention but u will learn it fast
