The Judgement first time transformation is based off this old pvp game called "Cataclysmic Clash" and one of the skins for the 4th class Lae was called "Judgement", so I played as Judgement in that skin and the sounds and the animations looked awesome and the skin itself was green. So I just thought maybe I wanna do it for Dragon Ball Mortals 4 but since it's Dragon Ball I might as well reskin Kaioken X20, the Judgement run out of time was pretty much made up by me.
