I knw that "the grass is always greener....." but I (almost) wish I could have a target rich environment area like this here where I live, air gunning would be so much better ( for me at least ). Thanks for this one David, I appreciate the work that goes into a video production like this one, and I understand the 'slow and steady shooting approach too.
That‘s what I would call entertainment at it‘s best! Really great shooting and very entertaining and helpful comments - especially that comment about minimizing risks! Very well done!
Good video David I have been targeting jackdaws this last 4 week as they have been playing havoc on the buildings and the barley which is now coming into ear I have 2 Larson traps and 2 front door single beside the Larson traps I have caught 50birds including today I am doing crop protection for the farmer I am catching them on bread and when I catch them I put 2or3 in the holding side as they are a flock bird and they want to be with their mates,my best year was 3 yrs ago when I caught 70 in 3 months so I have a way to go love the video keep well.
Hello and good morning. Yes indeed they are, but so are most things, I can remember in the 1960’s, the Ford Escort RS 2000 was regarded as the best road/rally car in production, just look at modern stuff today that has tree times more power from the smaller engines 🤷🏼♂️ Thanks for watching early 👍👍
Hi David great shooting I ordered the manbily tripod and it’s super sturdy well made everything you would need from a tripod thanks for the discount code
Another excellent video David, did the supplier of the habrok binoculars supply the case / bag as well? I've just bought the habrok 4k/ thermal binoculars. Tim 👍
HI David, most impressed with the stopping power of those 23gr Wildman slugs. Which website can I use to buy some using your discount code Predator Protection UK please ? I've had over 50 greys so far this year with my fx impact M3 fac in .22 using h&n 18's, but I'm not happy with the occasional shot not dispatching them as cleanly as I would like. I love following your videos and really enjoy your diversity and enthusiasm .I find this is helping me broaden my passion for local pest control . Thank you for all your hard work making your footage and sharing it with us. Steve
Hello Steve, Yes indeed the Wildman Slugs don’t mess around. Just go on the official Wildman Website and if you’re not sure what slugs to choose, message Liam and tell him what you’re intending to do and he will guide you to the right one. Many different weights and two different styles to choose from. Liam also services and tunes FX Airguns too 🫵👍
How do you get the quality to be so good, in sunny weather I have my aperture set to the maximum vertical and it kind of degrades the quality so either half way or all the way down. Looked into the menu and can’t seem to find any video quality settings Great video good shooting
Hello Karl, I think it’s just being lucky with where the sun is chap. The brightness and contrast are on 5 and the aperture was fully open on the days I filmed this video. Unlike the Sightmark Wraith I own, you cannot adjust the video settings, I think as it’s a 4K camera, that’s what you get 🤷🏼♂️ Maybe sometimes, the choice would be nice to have though eh ? 👍
Hello Tony, I only put the feeders out when I’m planning on doing some squirrel control. It gets a bit costly to leave the feeders out for long periods of time just to feed the odd one or two. Thanks for watching David
It’s very good during daylight and terrific at night. I think if you want a scope where you can change the image settings, then I’d recommend using the Sightmark Wraith 4k Max.

@@predatorprotectionuk Many sincere best wishes and enjoy YOUR day, Happy Birthday indeed David.
Very well done David great video it’s funny how vehicles make brilliant hides things you see sat in the car 🙄👍

@@predatorprotectionuk yeah be good 👍

Thanks Peter , sadly not everyone thinks the same chap, but as long as a few enjoy the video, I’m happy to continue 👍
I most certainly did enjoy that session - thanks.
Thanks very much my friend, I hope you’re doing well 👍
Thank you, David.
Nice one David 💥
Thanks matey , have a great weekend
excellent work
Hello Sue,
Thanks very much for, hopefully my usual format of video will be acceptable to everyone this time 🤞🏼👍
Hahaha,...knew there was a better use for these running boards other than messing up your pants legs!

Folks round here let the calling birds out if they find a trap. Good going John
The rifles you have nowadays are a lot better than my Webley Mk 3 .22 I had in the 60s. It was a good air rifle in it's day.

Warm rain 😂😂 not down here, like bleddy winter tis pard.

No they didn’t Tim, I had to “find” something suitable.
Great hits nice clean kill shots well done 👍👍👍
Thanks Michael 👍

Great video do you use the feeders all the year round or stop due to their natural food available cheers

👍👍👍
Good video 👍🏼 🤠
Hello matey, you’re up early, or are you up late ?
😁😁👍🤠🤠
@@predatorprotectionuk 12:52 am 😁 up late 😁
👍🏼
What ffp and slug size please
I love my maverick 600mm barrel on mine
Hello Dale,
875 fps and I’m using 23 grain Wildman slugs.
That rifle I was using was a compact .22, with a very cheap but effective moderator from JTS
It is far more important to be sure of the shot than to injure the animal and have them suffer. Take your time.
Poor ickle stinging nettle, you'll be upsetting the Vegans, shooting their favourite food 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think it was your idea matey 🫵🫢
I was gonna say Cheeky Title as in Midsomer Murder then....I realised I'd read it wrong😢
Hey mate, whats scope is that?
Alpex 4k non LRF
@@predatorprotectionuk Thanks for that, looking at the LRF option.
How do you find the scope?
It’s very good during daylight and terrific at night.
I think if you want a scope where you can change the image settings, then I’d recommend using the Sightmark Wraith 4k Max.
