Morissette's cover is strong and powerful. It sounds like a song of a woman who wants to show the world her talent, and that she is having fun doing it. Basically she sings it like it's her passion, when it really is.
Jona's cover is dreamy. You can imagine it hearing in a lot of disney shows/movies. It also sounds like a song about a woman who wants to achieve her ambition and dreams, but at the same time she offers it to someone she loves dearly. Mixed with talent and emotions.
The two of them are quite similar in a way. That's why I wanted to highlight the way they interpreted the song in their liking.
