He’s working on porting the Sonic mod to 1013. Looks pretty rough, as sprites function a bit differently in that version of the game I believe.

Take a look at their sprites, they're different, so I think exeller is trying to hunt down a sonic from another dimension,and since this is sonic from another dimension, he can't spin jump, but can use insta shield as an offense and defense
