    Any chance you will do a comparison video OEM vs Stoptech brakes? 😁

      I think that's gonna be hard since it's a bit subjective to each person's preference. My stock rotors and pads were getting faded so the brake was really soft. After replacing it with new rotors and pads it definitely bites more. You can go with new stock rotors and pads and will notice a better feel. Heck, just a set of new pads alone will make the brake feel better. The stock calipers do a pretty good job so that's why I kept it and didn't opt for BBK. Also adding new stainless steel brake line will make the brake feel firmer since it doesn't flex as much as the rubber brake line.

    Hey man im coming from the vid where you put subs into your accord im doing the same and im stuck on the LOC part, do you remember how you connected it to your rear speakers? And what color wires you tapped into

    • @ducducgoose
      @ducducgoose  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey, the LOC should have 2 sets of wires, one for left speaker and one for the right speaker. I don't remember which color goes to which, but if there's a black wire coming from the speaker then connect to the black wire from the LOC.
      Here is a diagram of the connection.

      @@ducducgoose thank you!, one other thing the lead wire to the add a circut is so that the amp turns on and off with the car if im correct, instead of connecting it to the fuse box under the steering wheel couldn't I just connect it to a switch to turn them on and off

    • @ducducgoose
      @ducducgoose  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bobthesmurf6689the add-a-circuit is for convenience, some people connect it to the accessory slot so when they turn on the car it turns on the amp. You certainly can install a switch, but then you have to make sure you turn on the switch each time you start the car.

    Hey man. Any updates on the brakes upgrade? The brakes hoses do they make any difference? Cheers

    • @ducducgoose
      @ducducgoose  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey! The brakes feels a lot firmer, but only once you get it to temperature. As for the brake line, I didn't feel much of a difference. You can probably stick with the OEM brake lines.

      @@montecristo8624 yup 3 coats of the high temp caliper paint and that should do it. This was a long project since I had such a hard time removing those screws from the rotors lol.

      @@ducducgoose , for removing the tyres I bought a set of JIS screw drivers which are used by Japanese engineering. They fit correctly for Honda screws. That's a Japanese standard screw driver

      @@montecristo8624 that's what I used in my video as well. But it didn't do much so I brought out the impact screwdriver and that did the trick.
