Every year I ration my New Year celebrations so I can wake up in time for the Phoenix Inn's New Year meet! Starting at about 8am each day, it takes place in the pub's car park and beyond! Cars park the whole way down the A30's near dual carriageway and create a sight never seen again throughout the year.
It's always a favourite of mine in the year, but 2025 began poorly with a bad weather forecast. Whilst Brooklands rescheduled their New Year meet (which I will now attend), the Phoenix meet is unofficial so people turned up, whatever the weather...

Yeah !!!! I was waiting for this video BUT ITS FINE!!😂! My daughter started filming the cars at the Pheonix because of you and I helped her set up this channel so she could show off her work also you are featured at the end of our video with your chaser! And my whole family loved meeting you plus my son has now decided to start saying EVERYBODY HATES A WHITE TESLA everytime he sees one and says the next time you see one in your videos can you make this your one of your catchphrases as it would really make him laugh 😂😂
I know I am going to be slated about this, but I just need to say you spell spell it PHOENIX, not PHEONIX. I just like to get the spelling correct. I also need to say I hate the white Teslas, they are not nice looking. If you don’t like the word nice, because some people don’t. They are not good looking. 😂 Just saying. 😊

The Crayford Audi was one of 7, as noted by the owner who turned out to be a family friend. Good bit of kit for sure

Good video despite the weather. Spotted you on the roundabout as I was leaving Bicester Scramble yesterday so another wet video coming up? I was impressed how many classics and supercars still went to that though. People pushing Lambos and Ferraris IN to the show on the snow and mud was pure dedication.
