We think you should follow what your orthodontist recommends since he/she is the one who diagnosed and planned your case . Otherwise get a second opinion consulting another dentist/orthodontist. Wearing the aligners backwards would certainly make the teeth move but because there are a lot of different contributing factors to tooth movement and positioning, they would not necessarily come back to where they were originally.
@@theCLEARinstitute thanks! He suggested this because there wasn’t that much movement but I question because there were a couple attachments and he said I should wear in reverse without attachments. I just want to go where I started where things felt much better
