He was the one who got me into metal in the first place cause he was playing bass. My first metal band was Pantera. Then Slipknot and so on. Before that I was into rock like Linkin Park, Nightwish, Evanescence, etc. Plus I am not from US so I would’ve had 0 chances to see them live anyways. But I do agree that metal is a fountain of youth.

don´t get me wrong I love Pantera and Dimebag is one of the reasons I started with guitar but if you want something more metal I would recomend some Sepultura ... or Machine Head - Imperium .. yeah this is metal but it´s just.. :D ... their best album is Cowboys from hell imo .. others are great ones too I love them too but ..
