I hated getting a hair cut when I was a kid. Once I got to be a teen I shaved my head 90% of the time. Then in my 20s I just grew it out. I always did like the idea of a nice barber shop though
Great video mark wowww thats some old bit of hair 😂 i know over here in the uk the mullet haircut has come back in crazing how things make there way back ive also had news that the caramac bar has just been stopped after 60 years i think . Great video mark keep it up enjoy them much so 👍
Yep I was so happy my mom kept that for me, not too many people have a lock of hair from their first haircut. Thanks for tuning in and I am sorry to hear about the Caramac bar being discontinued....have a great weekend Anthony....;)
Great video Mark , naturally. When you said about people judging individuals regarding their hair length it made me remember this . My father started work in 1944 at the age of 14 . Now bear in mind he worked in the construction industry , He had a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship. He said if you hadn't shaved that morning the boss would send you home ! Now that's harsh . Take care you long haired lout 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 , A T B Tony . 🐴🏴
I know back in my day you would not get hired for having long hair, it was different times for sure. Thanks for sharing the comments about your father, very interesting Tony, have a great week and thanks for tuning in...;)
So true! There was a band called Five Man Electrical Band and they had a song called Signs. The first line in the song was, "And the sign said long haired freaky people need not apply"...lol...you may want to google that tune for your own amusement, good tune actually. Thanks for commenting and for tuning in Jaminjones....have an awesome week...:)
Mark you really put yourself out there. Good on you for being honest as to how it was. My experience with what you talked about is mirrored. Again well done.
All good Coolguy, Marci is not the way she was but she is about 85% which is much better than she was a month ago. Thanks for all your support my friend, have an awesome week.....;)
Hey, Mark!! How are you, sir?? Don't worry, I am still here enjoying all of your awesome videos. You have come such a long way, buddy. Really fantastic work. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season with your kids, Linda, and Mom.
Wow, now this is a surprise. I was just thinking about you yesterday when I was looking over my shoutouts and I came across your name on a video I did awhile back called "Jimmy ate my Natchos". Was wondering where you went. Good to know you are still around my friend. Nice to hear from you, take care and thanks for the kind words and for tuning in....;)
Trying to break the land speed record, wow, that is hilarious! Tingly video with the along with the scissor sounds added, maybe a full scissor sounds video coming soon?
I once wanted to be a barber and studied Shampoo alot. About every 12 or so years the formula changed in shampoo and it resulted in different decades hair looking different. The late 60s an 70s every one has volume and the 80s every one has curly hair 90s people had thin hair
i always thought men with long hair and women with short hair look super cool 🥰 at the end of the day its most important to be true to yourself great video!
Well shee-yitt! I didn't see this notification yet, either. Dang TH-cam! Ah, well... first world problems. Disney got away with discrimination of all sorts, including hair length, by not hiring, "employees." They would hire, "cast members." As though the guy sweeping up popcorn and cigarettes was an entertainer. But they had a strict code for cast members. It lasted for decades, but has relaxed some over the years. P.S. Please email that mailing address to me again.
Hi Bill, still not sure why you are not getting notifications. Maybe you could check your TH-cam settings, just a thought. I sent you the address this morning my friend...have an awesome weekend and thanks for commenting and for tuning in...;)
Would love to hear more epics, they are honestly your best work.
More epic already recorded and on the way very soon Andrew...thanks for watching my friend...;)

Lol, glad you enjoyed my video my friend, thanks for tuning in...:)
Mark- that pic of you with your long hair reminds me of Rush’s first drummer, John Rutsey. And to find out that you did some drumming? Very cool…

My pleasure, Mark. Your calm casual demeanor is great for reducing stress.

Great personal story and a reflection on our culture. It’s so amazing how radical long hair used to be.

I like the lines “ Blockin ‘ out the scenery
Breakin ‘ my mind “.
@@auralfixatedasmr8647 The band Tesla covered this song! I shave my head which gets me confused with radicals of a different sort 🤣
