Did I understand you correctly? You said even if you are a the only owner and operator of your company. You recommend a Manager Managed LLC for flexibility for future changes?
Thanks for the question! You are able to structure the company this way-- From my perspective it allows more flexibility on the admission of Members later on that may not want or need to be Managers of the company as well.
