Do you even one arm pull up? I have a lot of friends who brag about how many pull ups they can do, so why not take it to the next level! Here's a video of me cranking out a couple reps of one arm pull ups. It took me some time to master this technique on all types of bars and it was so worth it. challenge yourself today with some one arm pull ups!
