My favorite ways of spending time with God is reading the daily bread, listening to worship music, looking for better ways to better myself in faith, and talking to him about all my aspirations and praying for guidance and protection against temptation. I am not currently apart of a church, but I will join one soon and make friends in Christ to do group Bible studies and have fun Christian events! 😊
Serving yourself doesn’t necessarily mean your serving God. Majority of the times are desires and wants don’t align with God’s will for our lives. Jesus said, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me”( Matthew 16:24). We have to deny ourselves/ renounce ourselves as center of our lives so that God will be center. John 3:30 say, “ He must increase, but I must decrease”. Jesus must increase, but only as our wants, desires, and likes decrease.
I have as well started my relationship with God and finding a home church here in Georgia and I did and I promise you since then I’ve been seeing how he shows up for me every single day! I started to grow closer to your Channel because I feel like God sent me to your channel to find influencers that are like me and going through adulthood in your 20s needing to find faith. And I’m just loving your content, in general, you’re such an amazing person and very inspiring sending love from Atlanta❤
I love to spend time with God in nature/ natural environments. This allows me to meditate on his creation. I’m able to see his love through his creation.
It’s really great to know your pursuing a relationship with God. I believe its very important to read the word of God because the only way to know him and his will is by his word. Pray is also very important because the bible says “ Pray without ceasing” prayer is are way of having a dialogue with God but it’s important to know God’s will and character when praying because you don’t want to pray outside of the lord’s will and be confused why the prayer wasn’t answered because it wasn’t in his will. Lastly, worship is very important because God is deserving of praise which we should give. All three of these things go hand and hand, sometimes you might do one more than the other but there all equally important in the christian life.

Reading the bible is unnecessary?? Is this new age Christianity or being a part time Christian . Reading the bible is one of the fundamentals of this Christian journey lol . How you suppose to defend yourself when the enemy comes , by signing a song Sorry love have to disagree with you on that point
I wasn’t saying that I believe it’s unnecessary. I believe it is very necessary for me! I said that some people don’t necessarily believe it is necessary and I do not judge them for that. Everyone has to crawl before they walk. There was a time and point in high school when I didn’t study His word but once I did I found great comfort.
