Passing the SOLIDWORKS CSWA Sample Exam (Free test exam)

In this video, I will go through the CSWA Sample Exam, using the Tangix Tester Pro software, which is used to take the real SOLIDWORKS CSWA Exam. Therefore, it is good practice for you to get some experience with the software, before taking the actual CSWA exam.

The video shows an example of how the exam can be solved, with 100% correct answers within approx. 31 min.
The video consists of examples of the use of 2D sketching, Sketch Relations, Boss Extrude, Extrude Cut, Reference Geometry, Equations, Application of Material, inserting components in an assembly, simple mates in assemblies, creation of a custom coordinate system, and evaluation of the center of mass. The examples in this video are very similar to the examples that you will experience at the exam.

You don’t have to use the global variables as a part of the exam? It looks like you did that to save time but not that you had to?

Exactly. In the CSWA you can easily manage without the Global Variables.. But it does save time.. Especially when you get to the CSWP 👍
