I seriously think you could make money by having a large covered area with mounds of dirt.
All sorts of materials, different rock, sand, beams and walls, culverts. I think people would come rent and play build with the kids or friends?
I wanna see all the RC trucks use with the real machine (gasoline or diesel engine).

I'm not sure if I understood your first question. It's not for sale, it's self constructed, so home made. It's powered by an electric motor.
