I'd love your opinion on CFMoto. Was informed that the 450ss/sr is a much better (and cheaper) bet than any Yamaha option for "vertically challenged" peeps.
So I watch this motorcycle content creator call Adobo Moto, he’s very blunt, straight forward, and gives honest opinion without sugar coating. In one of his Motovlogs, he was checking this CFMoto out, and he pointed out numerous spots where the build quality is sadly not good... Is every CFMoto in the market like that? I honestly have no idea and definitely am not educated enough to even make an assumption. However, even if the bad quality CFMoto was just a one time thing, I would still advise against getting it as of NOW, and it’s NOT because of that ONE single video, it’s because it’s a fairly new bike in the market, meaning there won’t be a good amount of resource like forums or TH-cam videos from previous/current owners teaching you how to maintain or fix the bike. It also hasn’t been in the market long enough to know how reliable it is yet. Not to mention parts and aftermarket mods are both going to be limited as well. Maybe in a few years all those Cons would change!
