Special recipe for kids | Crispy huri akki unde for kids | ಹುರಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಉಂಡೆ | Huriakki unde
Puffed rice is easily available ingredients and usually people buy in almost every household. People from kids to elders love this to eat as snack. We make several dishes by using this puffed rice and it is a healthy dish too. Spice lovers make mixture or churmuri, but here is an option for sweet lovers. That is a special laddu by using puffed rice. Time required for preparation is just 20 minutes. Additional ingredients can be added like cardamom, dry fruits or nuts, copra pieces etc. To enhance it's taste. Jaggery is used for sweetness. This laddu remains crispy for 10-15 days if stored airtightly. But check while buying if it is crispy. Kids will surely love it.
