The Coroline sheets can be fixed directly to purlins running across the roof slope as long as the roof pitch is greater than 10°. The maximum purlin centres must be observed to reduce the risk of sagging; 5° - 10° roof pitch, full deck 10° - 15° roof pitch, 450mm maximum purlin centres. Greater than 15° roof pitch, 600mm maximum purlin centres. See Coroline installation guide for more information on www.arielplastics.com
th-cam.com/video/ethh26lJnbY/w-d-xo.html is exactly what I was looking for (how to cut). Thanks for the tip of using WD40. One more question: Is there a top and bottom side (e.g. fabric side on top, smooth side on bottom) or is this neglectable?
Thing the fact no mention of prevailing wind and that the ridge section is open to wind gust and rain, shows this wasn’t the best idea for a show case video.
Self-drilling hex head screws are readily available for metal (commonly known as Tek screws). There are two types, one for thin metal and one for thick metal, choose the one suitable for your roof frame. Combine these with a washer and cap to protect the screw from the weather and to seal to the corrugated sheet.
If I was installing this on a single slope pergola how would I finish the face of the corrugation?
Im looking at fitting some of this to a lean to/storage shed. Does it need a flat panel beneath it or can it be nailed directly to the joists?

Why can’t this be used for a entire house roof?
Coroline is a great durable roofing solution for sheds and outbuildings but it wouldn't have the longevity of slate or concrete tiles.
