If you bring your bag into Givenchy or to a Givenchy concession stand in somewhere like Selfridges or Harrods they should take it back and send it off for the strap to be replaced. I need to get my Mulbery purse restitched and the Mulbery concession in Brown Thomas in Dublin said they’d take it in and send it to England to get fixed free of charge x
I wonder if Louis Vuitton does that because I have two vintage bags from my aunt, one needs a new strap the other a new zipper. Do you by any chance know?

The one thing I miss about Glasgow is a decent curry. My friend Evelyn (who I’ve know for 41 years) and I always get together for one when I come home for a visit. They are rubbish in Bristol. Roll on Christmas 😍

I'm not sure about Scotland but in Australia we have Shoe and Belt repairers. They generally specialize in leather so I would recommend you take it there and ask for a repair.

You can get bags restored at a place called the Restory! I’m sure you just post it off and comes back as good as new! I want to get my Vivienne Westwood bag restored but it’s cheaper to just buy a new one but there’s just something special about your first designer bag ❤️

In all fairness to you in regards to the still having on yesterday’s mascara! Lash freek is probably the hardest mascara to remove without an oil cleanser! It’s not going anywhere! X

Re your Givenchy bag, there's a company called The Handbag Clinic, that clean and restore designer handbags. Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton etc. Don't hold me to it, but I think they maybe based in the North East somewhere. They have a TH-cam channel where you can see how they work, which is quite amazing. Hope this is of some help 😊.

You should be able to get it repaired right from givenchy! Most houses do them complimentary but I called Burberry for my wallet and they don’t. So maybe that has changed. Worth a shot!
