If you struggle with migraines.. you might find you’re holding things against yourself. Essentially unforgiveness and bitterness towards yourself. When you choose to forgive yourself and let yourself be free from the prison, your headaches will go. Self-condemnation is ugly. Self-forgiveness with freedom is beautiful. You can say a little prayer that goes “I choose and purpose in my heart to forgive myself for ...” fill in the blank. “I release myself and cancel all my debts to me” Tell regret to go. You can do this as many times as you need. You can even pry this to Jesus. He loves you and cares for you. God bless ❤️

Why she kept bringing up the past to create a miserable future, she was damaged at an early age, she damaged herself more as an adult by dearly programming her subconscious to focus on the ugly and on the what ifs of distrust and insecurities, she was a very insecure person and needed constant validation. She deeply failed to look around herself in awareness!! She failed miserably to see how much time she was wasting by replaying bad times and replaying imagined scenarios. I feel she feared the unknown and failed to embrace it to help create a beautiful future for us but she decided to create from the past because that's all she knew. So in the end she attracted what she feared the most, our separation.
