Introduction to Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC)

The Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC) was opened on July 2020 in Yotsuya, Shinjuku City. The operations of FRESC support foreign nationals that are seeking advice employers of foreign nationals and local governments that are taking efforts to support foreign nationals.
