Bhai sabse pehle baat "I am going to gym for gym freaks" ye jo likha hai na bahot gajab line likhi hai aapne. 🤣🤣.. because if you go to gym for gym freaks then meaning turns out to be very funny. However I have tried minimum of 5gm weight which is accurately measured and even 1 scoop of protein powder may measure around 20 to 30g. If you are consuming something around 1 to 2 grams then it must be some other kind of power and not protein for gym.

No. Not less than 1 gram. However I have tried 5 gm onwards and its accurate.
