    We got the map of China wrong at the 0:30 mark. :( Kazakhstan and Tajikistan aren't supposed to be included, and it left out Hainan island too. We're very sorry for the error.

    They keep the species alive from illegal farming. The fish itself lives a long life. They probably donate one to an aquarium or something in China. This was a very interesting video. China is so organized and the facility was so clean .

      the workers are separated into different roles, the people who raise the fish over many years (who has an affection for it ), and the ones that kill them, so the other employees nickname them "butchers" which is a way of saying someone who is bloody and violent. the manager/owner then goes on explaining that even so the butchering need to be done because many families depend on this business.

    The best caviar is still from the Caspian sea particularly Iran which has deep water. But Iran is farming them in large quantity and still considered the best caviar in the world. The conditions in China isnt like its natural habitat and the quality not as good.

    This is probably the most inaccurate video about caviar I think I have ever seen, and having worked in the trade, I’ve seen quite a few dubious videos making even more dubious assertions. The world’s finest farmed caviar comes from Italy, France and Iran, it’s a nonsense to think that a massive factory in China is producing the highest quality caviar! It’s easy to say in a video produced by your marketing agency, but I’d take this spin with a large dose of salt!

      @Bugatti Boss the water in farms are polluted with many chemicals to increase maturation rate. Farmed caviar is bad for health.

  • @GB-ym2wc
    @GB-ym2wc 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    If it's in China, I recommend having it chemically synthesized first to make sure it's not all processed chemicals as they do with many things already.
    Eggs. As cheap as they are, China has created and sell fake eggs. Yolk, white, shells and all.

    • @prob1ems
      @prob1ems 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Educated with basic chemistry, you will easily find out the cost of making fake eggs is way much higher than farmed eggs. Process Thinking with ur brain plz.
