It is hard to find people, for me the people I try to do it to, they just pretend to be hypnotized. The pretend to make me happy but it makes me happy when they don’t lie

Your videos made me wanna learn to be a hypnotist. I’m watching all the different techniques you use on different people it seems like you have multiple approaches for every situation you come across which is nice you can never learn too much when it comes to hypnosis. I’m definitely gonna do a lot of research on this for sure
Great advice. I have been learning for a few weeks now, and much of what is said here is very true. It may work the first time. It kinda did for me on the lightest level. I got one kids hands to stick together and it was great! Two minutes later I couldn’t get another kid to do the same. A week later not only did I get his hands to stick, but I could make his feet stick to the floor, and other stuff! Don’t be discouraged by your failures, but use them as fuel to send you further ahead! Great advice Zach!
I might google self hypnosis challenges. One I was thinking retrieving a memory you can't normally remember. For some people it might be to feel a certain way or not desire food.

Zach can your elaborate a bit more on the different methods of rapid or instant inductions. I know in order to hypnotize someone they have to have relaxation of the nervous system or a overload of the nervous system. My question to you is how do you know based on the person of what method would you used. Can you give me an example of when you would do a relaxation of the system method and an example of the person when you would do a overload of the system.

I don't want to say you have that, but I recommend reading up on ADHD or checking the subreddit for it. Lots of people with that issue have ADHD (and I have it, too, btw D:) Just so you could let that get checked and save yourself lots of trouble and issues in life (that I had to go through). And let me tell you also that ADHD makes it easier to be hypnotized, according to studies, so don't let other ADHD people tell you it's not possible (since that is a common misconception D:)

Well, I have been watching TH-cam videos on both my ROCU on my tv AND another video on my phone (yours) and it’s ironic because EVERY SINGLE ONE I’ve watched this morning has said the same exact thing, “The most important thing is that you just start.” I think maybe someone is trying to tell me something. I know that I need to make a TH-cam channel but I am afraid that people won’t care about what I have to say. Your message speaks to my struggles as well! I believe in hypnosis 100%. Isn’t it similar to EMDR therapy? Can you hypnotize yourself because I need hypnosis to help me heal and rewire the false hardwiring in my brain. I sing as well and I have been training on and off since I was 5, yet I still do vocal exercises and targeted exercises for whatever part of a song I’m struggling with. I can teach you how to sing if you can teach me hypnosis!

Reason i'm diving into this, is because according to a hypnotist i've spoken to, I've already taught myself self-hypnotism. Removing boundaries such as pain, fear and doubt. By proclaiming that my skin is made out of iron, pain is pleasure. Choosing to believe in such obviously ficticious lies for but a moment. Reality is what i want it to be, but only for me and that's enough. So i might as well expand my knowledge on the subject since i seem to have already gotten a start.

Meditation is a great way to discover things about your body and mind. Ignoring reality allows you to completely be wrapped in your own body and mind. In this state, one happens to be very suggestable. This allows you to convince yourself that things are the way they are. Entering a state of meditation is a the difficult part. If you do it regularily, you'll be able to snap into it at any moment without any preperation. Surprisingly, music is very helpful to set a tone. If you want focus, play focus music. You need speed? Speed music. It really has to do with how you work as a person. One exercise, is to force your hand to sweat. Just wriggle your fingers out and imagine you're pushing it out. It's a simple one. Berserkers did this before battles, they had a war walk where they'd hype themselves up. Course, with the assitance of Fly Amanita in their mead.

How good of a learning tool would you say your videos are? I have been able to do non-induction stage hypnosis with about a 98% success rate, but my inductions have only worked about 1/3 - 2/3 of the time. My induction was based off of two or three of yours, and I was wondering if there is more I should know, since it doesn't work all the time.
@@Emily-tj7yu it had been working well for me. I was able to get it to work about 70 to 80 percent of the time. I recently did an induction over Zoom though, and that went very well. I can't remember exactly how I did that though.
I tried my first today. I did the pattern interrupt and shock induction by interrupting handshake and giving a shock. Said sleep. She ended up laughing. Although. I paused after saying sleep and the smile came after few seconds but I can’t tell if it’s real or I messed up. Help me?

Yes, zoom calls are a great replacement during this time. I haven't tried myself as I am not a very confident person, but I am in a FB group and they have recommended to use zoom as a way to practice. I am guessing because you can't do the usual game inductions that you would normally use irl, you would use more of a conversational Hypnosis technique? This is just my guess. //edit// ^^ I just want to go back to my guess as this is not entirely true lol as you can see from Zach's videos that he can hypnotise through a youtube video, so in theory you could use the same method but much better cuz you can get feedback from the client.
Yes. The American School of Hypnosis uses and recommends schedules of Zoom, to get a certificate of Hypnosis. They advertise on TH-cam too. They're out of Maine, USA.

Hey Zach, i Love your videos and i am soo grateful to you cuz i learn some more just by watching you, and i started just like you said, i tried it on my family and girlfriend and it works but only the first time that i was able to make her forget her name and the number 2 and i had to inforce the suggestion like twice in order for it to work but after that first timeand , only phisical suggestions and easily, and i dont know why i hope you can give me some useful tips, and keep the videos
Hey I know I'm not Zach but I can give you some tips that might help, some people experience hypnosis differently and forgetting things like numbers and their name is actually one of the hardest things about hypnosis. So your actually doing really well, but if you want to do better, you need good deepeners and you just have to keep practicing bringing them back up and down and back up and down, if it looks like they're uncomfortable or they don't want to follow your suggestions, just say to them, hey you are intelligent enough for this aren't you, you do want this to work don't you. Sometimes people get in their heads to much as well, hope that helps, anything else you want to ask ?

@@jaceflintwood4738 yeah thats why u need to practise What i would do is get a family member both agree on the hypnosis and hypnotize him to see if it works I reccomend to make sure someone isnt pretending to be under hypnosis to say something like when u wake up whenever i clap my hands im invisible and then once its been about a few mins claps ur hands somewhere near him and pick an object or something.
@@Apaep12 no prob! I’d probably do this with my friend and instead of the invisibility thing just put them back into trance (if it’s safe to do so of course, and I’d probably make sure they’re sitting so there’s no chance of them getting hurt at all)

Hey Zach, i Love your videos and i am soo grateful to you cuz i learn some more just by watching you, and i started just like you said, i tried it on my family and girlfriend and it works but only the first time that i was able to make her forget her name and the number 2 and i had to inforce the suggestion like twice in order for it to work but after that first timeand , only phisical suggestions and easily, and i dont know why i hope you can give me some useful tips, and keep the videos
Hey I know I'm not Zach but I can give you some tips that might help, some people experience hypnosis differently and forgetting things like numbers and their name is actually one of the hardest things about hypnosis.
So your actually doing really well, but if you want to do better, you need good deepeners and you just have to keep practicing bringing them back up and down and back up and down, if it looks like they're uncomfortable or they don't want to follow your suggestions, just say to them, hey you are intelligent enough for this aren't you, you do want this to work don't you.
Sometimes people get in their heads to much as well, hope that helps, anything else you want to ask ?
@@Emily-tj7yu thank You Emily for the help, i was thinking of using something like just how your feet got stuck to the ground "(which is an easy suggestion that works)" your name is going to get stuck in your head, that same way your feet got stuck, maybe that would help cuz that way they would imagine it being stuck the way that suits them or something, and thanks for the help again

What i would do is get a family member both agree on the hypnosis and hypnotize him to see if it works
I reccomend to make sure someone isnt pretending to be under hypnosis to say something like when u wake up whenever i clap my hands im invisible and then once its been about a few mins claps ur hands somewhere near him and pick an object or something.

I’d probably do this with my friend and instead of the invisibility thing just put them back into trance (if it’s safe to do so of course, and I’d probably make sure they’re sitting so there’s no chance of them getting hurt at all)
