He definitely feel a little bit of something. You can see from his face, not only that he was taken aback of Sara's confession but he felt guilty and a little hurt by Sara's word. The moment when she said, “why do you treat me this badly?”, I think Eunho was hurt bcs he knows that what Sara said is true. It's more like a painful truth for both of them. Maybe he did not realize it yet and when Sara confess to him, he start to feel mixed feelings. Eunho face tells everything and Sara too.
Eunho is not the person to blame in this situation bcs he didn't do anything wrong and so did Sara. But in my opinion, if there is one thing that I want to blame in this situation is Eunho, himself. I know he is not at fault but, his determination to be a Priest and his foolishness to not see,feel or detect even a bit of what she felt with her life and her feelings for him is not an act as a friend. Yes he is friendly and so kind, but yeah, he's ignorant with his own feelings and other people. This is my own perspective, just saying what my mind thinks.
P.S : how can he even say to Sara that he used to suffer from this situation ..... 😢😤
That was just cruel even though he put it nicely and didn't mean it in that way. But still.....it's not the right time for him to say that. I was quite surprised when he said that to her.
