Hi sir, please help, i have trouble at my site, we install transformer 20kv/0,69kv LV side going to ACB siemens 3wl 2000A, load 1 motor 250kw, with DOL starter, the problem indication ground fault in ACB ON status (alarm) during motor start, after 3 second motor run, alarm ground fault is missing, if the setting Ground fault adjust min to max , acb will be trip , ground fault adjust to off, motor normal running, indication ground ON only < 2 seconds

In Abb relays for HT panel how to know what current is dangerous when earth fault occurs while charging the transformer...as the settings 0.3 In where In is 100. But when earth fault occurs how to know what current is dangerous and what is not so that we can charge again.
