Measuring when re-grease Nikon lens series E 50mm 1:1.8

When you want to re-grease your Nikon E series lens (or other lenses...), you will need to take some notes about, how the helicoids is adjusted from the factory.
It will say, you have to make some small marks during the disassemble process, so you will how long is it from the front of the inner helicoid, to the back of the middle helicoid or the outer helicoid, but also count how many turn (s) before they comes off the threads.
Many lenses have a multi thread helicoids, and if you get the wrong thread, it will make the focus wrong.
It is your ONLY BACKUP when you assemble the focus assembly again, so it works correct on infinity.
