Also, you may find a tell that is a dead ringer on someone. then see someone else do the same thing but it is the opposite. so there are tells and counter tells, and great players know this.

I remember getting AA in a 3-6 game, and when the flop came Axx with 4 to a heart flush, my hand started shaking and it was really annoying.

if you see your opponent suddenly falling to the floor, hard shaking and calling for an ambulance that's a major tell he's having a heart attack; if he gets up he was bluffing; if he doesn't, well, he's dead and your an ass for just staring at him and not calling for help..

So, who the h3ll is this guy playing with? Average, in the garage, players don't give out tells like all this! lol BUT, the underlying concepts seem right even if the examples are overly melodramatic.
