I’m glad I pulled through, despite the crises. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 4.5 million. One is my place of residence the other 2 properties will give me $80,000per/yr rent . I will have an income stream of $20,000 per mnth through my super which gives me total $240,000 a yr to live comfortably. I have no debts .. Stay Motivated!!

You have done great for yourself. I’m trying to get onto the investing ladder at 40. I wish at 55 I will be testifying to similar success!!.

Whichever firm you select, make sure you get your insurance from a reputable financial adviser, such as *Jenny Pamogas Canaya,* who has dedicated her career to financial planning. Because they will assist you in escalating, navigating better, and completing the task in a safer manner..|

My monthly pedicure is the only bougie beauty thing I do, but it makes me feel pretty all over! I have naturally curly hair with silver peeking out, and spend $20 on my cuts and people compliment me daily on it! It’s so healthy and bouncy because I’m not putting dyes and straightening chemicals on it.
For skin I use a retinol prescription $15 and the Dermatologist appointment is free with my insurance. Cerave skincare is great and cheap.
And the best beauty treatment - daily exercise and great sex 🎉

Suggestions: L'Oréal telescopic lift mascara, dashing diva gel nail stickers, doing my hair at home, and using a bikini trimmer have saved me hundreds each month, and I look and feel great!

The cats are the best part of the video. Loved them!
Anyway, why do you don’t make new videos? Should I focus on Spotify?

It comes down to internal beliefs that we aren’t likable or lovable without all the added fluff.

I am trying to change my hair products and skin routine because I need to save more money. It's costly, despite me not getting my nails done, and I do not wear makeup (Unless on special occasions).

You should talk to Dr. Mike about this! Hes always talking about fake wellness/health products.

I disagree with part of the point of this video.
Appearance can generate excessive expenses, but anything that makes you grow old slower is important for self awareness. Soon or later age comes and it’s important to feel active and healthy. Gym, botox and food are appearance costs you should not cut.
