Also make a store room so you can store all the extra '"peti" (trunk or suitcases) in the store. so your room will be spacious.
Best suggestions
Everything looks so congested so first try to increase the area of the building if possible. There must be 2 toilets - one for personal use and the other one for guests/outsider, There should be a dining space as well which should be for both personal use and accessible to guests without violating your privacy. The dining space should be before kitchen and between dining space and the room there should be a toilet/washroom which the guests can use without violating your privacy. Finally there should be a staircase which should again be accessible for outsider as well without violating your privacy - this means the staircase should not be at a place where you have to cross the bedroom or kitchen. You can then build any room upstairs without any issue in future and even rent it out if you wish.

Nice MashaAllah! Please make sure you have a separate storage area so your rooms are not clutterer. Best will be to have the stairs going in one corner of the living room, and then build an extra room upstairs for storage. You could also add a small office space upstairs.

This architect map is not according to today's trend and need.Because now a days people make tv lounge or main sitting area middle of the house.Which is the central part of the house.
Bedroom's washroom and kitchen doors should be connected to the central tv lounge area. Yes, your stairs are also not added into planning map.Inside stairs always gives very modern touch to a the house. So stairs also should be through the tv lounge area.
Like always at the end your choice and decision matters . 😊
The map made by Munawar bhai is nice workable. However my suggestion u can combine TV room and Sitting room and u can have 1 bedroom adjacent with another bedroom, Though I don't think u have issue of Land but if u have issue then u can combine washroom for both the bedrooms,

السلام و علیکم۔۔۔جب جگہ آپ لوگوں کی اپنی ہے تو پلیز گھر کا رقبہ تھوڑا سا بڑھائیں اور square shape plotting کریں...اس رقبے اور rectangular shape plotting میں گھر بہت congested بنے گا۔۔گھٹن کا احساس ہوگا۔۔۔اگر ممکن ہو تو رقبہ تھوڑا سا بڑھائیں اور گیسٹ روم میں بھی واش روم کا دروازہ رکھیں اور لاونج۔میں بھی۔۔تاکہ وقت پڑنے پر دونوں طرف سے استعمال ممکن ہو۔۔اج کل جدید طرز تعمیر میں واش روم کے اندر ہی ڈریسنگ بنایا جاتا ہے ۔یعنی ایک طرف الماریاں بنا کے شیشے لگا کے چھوٹا سا ڈریسنگ ایریا بنایا جاتا ہے۔۔۔کچن اگر لان کی طرف رکھیں اورکچن کا ایک دروازہ باہر لان میں کھلے تو view بھی اچھا اے گا اور گھر کے اندر کچن کی گرمی نہیں محسوس ہوگی۔۔ڈائیننگ ایریا اور ٹی وی لاونج combine رکھیں۔۔۔ایک عدد اسٹور روم بھی ضرور بنائیں۔۔اگر گنجائش ہو۔۔۔چھت پہ جانے کی سیڑھیاں بھی لاونج میں ہوں تو بہتر ہے۔۔ واشنگ ایریا لان کی طرف رکھیں۔۔بیڈ روم کی طرف نہ رکھیں۔۔ ڈرائنگ روم کار پورچ کی طرف بنائیں تاکہ اگر مہمانوں کو گھر کے اندر نہ لے جانا ہو تو خواتین کا پردہ بھی رہے ۔۔۔
