I am trying to decide between this one or the Garmin. but i am leaning towards this one due to measuring down range. I will be using it mainly for PCP air rifles, ands they said only goes down too 250fps and might be a challenge for this unit to read .17cal. wonder how far it will read with the .17 , .22.. 25cal? Guess have to just wait till they are out and see real world feed back
