VW Polo windshield wipers not working.
If this issue happens to your car, most likely it's the wipers engine with problems.
The best thing to do is to replace the wipers engine.
Or see if you can unstuck the wipers arms that are inside the car's hood.
Don't try to force the wipers if you see that they are not working, most likely you will fry the wiper's engine, if it's still not totally damaged.

Sorry for the wind.
Try to get a used wipers engine, they go for about 25$.
Pay someone about 25-30$ to replace the whole mechanism, is not that difficult, it can be done in like 30 minutes.
Then the new one should work just fine.
So for 50$, more or less, you solved the issue.

Where do you put the WD-40? How do I know if it's a motor problem or the lever.. thanks

Need to remove that plastic and reach the whole mechanism, then apply wd-40 on the lever edges, where two meet.
If still doesn't work, probably it's the motor.
