Chalega for most companies
python is very underrated , if you take a look at it practically , python is currently the best language , but he isnt wrong because he is talking with placement perspective , and if the companies want java , he will say java , even though the same company then trains the guy in python to work .
same goes for DS algo they are important because big companies have made it a benchmark that everyone follows while in 90+% cases , they aren't even used knowingly , people just use them even without knowing what they just used .
coding interviews are unfair
Kundan Sharma even DS algo can be done with python....don’t know why it is not good for placements..
@@SatnamSingh-cm2vt As far i have heard ,most people don't consider it good because of its rich library and many predefined functions which makes the person habitual to them and usually person don't get the knowledge for core and deep concepts. It don't makes much sense though XD..
For Cp it is not preferred becoz of its very slow execution time(usually 50-60 times slower than c++) .

When you call someone for a podcast or something you should try and make THEM talk as much as possible, as in you have to make them answer all the questions instead of answering all of them yourself and the other person is sitting there nodding for most of the time

I have given 4 off-campus interviews in reputed companies( like Postman, Goldman Sachs, Zoho, Gojek) on the basis of python and have never faced any issue because of the language. Yes, some companies do specifically ask for Java at time but that is not very common (as Aman mentioned). So if you are a python developer out there and getting worried, Don't. :)
