Hey thanks for this video! This is super helpful. When you were in CB, were you told your housemates in advance? We're not getting that info this year so I'm pretty nervous...
hi there! according to the housing website, "Some units have triple-occupancy bedrooms" though a majority would still be doubles (or mix of single and double) in a two-bedroom apartment!
Hi! I am moving into CB this august and I was wondering if the rooms are assigned or if each roommate gets to choose? Also, what do you recommend bringing that you found very helpful to live in CB. Thank you!
hey there! For roommates, we went by the name that showed up in our housing portal while for rooms, there might be a letter on your keys that correlates with room letter (or you can also check with your unit's front desk when getting the keys) but not too sure (tbh, I was also last to move in so I just went with things haha). Usually, things aren't strict but it is more so responsibility if there's any damage done! In terms of stuff, (besides typical necessities) something random that might be useful is a window screen to blockout flies/bugs going in your room (though depends on where your room is and first floor already has one installed)! A clip-on/mini fan would also be nice for when the weather's hot since there's no fan/ac! I would say you will get a feel for what you need/want when you actually move in which might be better in terms of not having too much stuff moving in or out! Might make a video on this though! :)
