Great an accurate story of the Kennedy boat. I was a crewmen on a sightseeing boat in Hyannis in 1965 and remember the Victura and Resolute moored next to each other at the port. As a volunteer at the Cape Cod Maritime museum these days I found a model of Victura in the store room and brought it to a couple local model shows. That model is proudly displayed at the museum now. I also remember skating at the Joseph Kennedy rink and Caroline Kennedy would come skating as a young girl.

My mom also worked as a volunteer for JFK when he ran for President and we were at the Hyannis armory when he won the race.
